Please note: over the Victorian school holidays we have a minimum of 5 night stay / and over the Xmas/ new year period we have a minimum of 7 night stay

Beautiful beach house with sense of openness and calmness combined with effective use of spaces for the whole family. Positioned perfectly just 800m (approx.) from Anglesea's Surf Lifesaving Club and 800m to the river precinct this neat and tidy 3-bedroom home offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Whilst incredibly functional, the overall feel of space and light can be attributed to the floor to ceiling windows across the whole upstairs living area with vaulted ceiling. There are 3 levels, with a bedroom on the ground floor plus a kids games room / 2nd living room with TV, the middle level hosts 2 further bedrooms both with built in cupboards, a central main bathroom and separate laundry and toilet.

The top level has an elevated ceiling with windows capturing blue skies and leafy outlook, sliding doors access the balcony delivering views of the surrounding area and sea glimpse. The entire floor is open plan kitchen, dining and living and perfect for entertaining.

We had a really nice stay. The house is just as described, a lovley and friendly ‘Anglesea style’ beach house. Host was also very nice and accommodating.

The Anglesea Stay

Clean and lots of space. Great location and facilities. Property is nestled in the bush in a good area with the general store cafe not too far away.

Perfect location for a lovely beach and relaxed getaway

This house is perfect as a holiday home near the beach. Lots of indoor space with lots of room to relax and very comfortable bedding. Balcony is large and a very added bonus with a great Bbq and a small view of the ocean. Great living area with the bonus of a smart tv. A short drive to the beach and nearby towns makes for a lovely getaway. We will look forward to returning for another holiday in the future.

Awesome and stress free time away with my family.

Marc was very quick to reply back to me and made mine and my families time there a breeze. We had board games to play with our kids of a night for that quality night in and he also brought a high chair so my ten month old had somewhere to sit for meals which was so much easier than having to bring one ourselves. Thanks again Marc, we loved our time away in your home. Cheers

Light, airy and spacious

Excellent property for our family on the long weekend. Spacious bedrooms, extra lounge for the kids with TV and DVDs. Guess Who? got a good workout! Ceiling heights gave a great feeling of light and space. The open plan kitchen/living area allowed conversations to continue with our friends both nights - sorely needed after not seeing some of them for a few years with Covid. Very keen to come back.

Light, bright & really comfy

Property was excellent, clean and nice new fixtures. Loved hanging out in the upstairs living room, amazing water views from the balcony in the tree tops & kitchen window. Plenty of light throughout, great smart TV, aircon and fans for when it gets hot and everything you need for a comfortable stay including a downstairs rumpus room for the kids to entertain themselves. Also really quiet with a beautiful empty bush block next door. Even saw kangaroos hopping through the property one day!

Lovely for a relaxing getaway.

Bright and clean - this house was lovely for a weekend getaway. The views are gorgeous and the little touches for kids were appreciated. Highly recommend.
