The Space:

Step into a modern retreat that seamlessly blends sleek design with the rustic charm of a cozy cabin, nestled within the embrace of lush garden surroundings. As you lounge, your gaze will be drawn to the tranquil expanse of the lake in the distance, with the majestic silhouette of Mt Ruapehu standing against the horizon.



With ample space to accommodate up to eight guests, this haven has two bedrooms upstairs, one with a luxurious super king bed and the other with a snug double bed. Both rooms open to their own deck to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area.



Downstairs has two more bedrooms, each adorned with a queen bed for a restful night's sleep. One of these downstairs rooms features its own mini kitchenette, and the second one has a second TV, in addition to the one in the lounge, providing added convenience and privacy for those seeking a cozy hideaway.



Adding to the convenience, there are two bathrooms, one on each level. The upstairs bathroom features a bath, perfect to relax after enjoying a day of adventures.



Whip up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, and gather together in the spacious lounge, where plush seating surrounds a large TV and a toasty gas fireplace, perfect for evenings of laughter and relaxation. This quiet area is largely populated by retirees. It is only a quick 5 min drive to town and not far from the Waikato River where you can take a quick dip in the summer. Simply head to Reid’s Farm for a beautiful picnic and swimming area or drive across the river to the Otumuheke hot pools, off Spa Road.

Valid Sunday–Thursday this month only. Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. Free night must be requested when booking. You will need to book the first two nights, and we will reserve the third one separately for you to enjoy.



Guest Rules:



No parties, smoking, or pets.

Keep noise indoors and minimal after 10 pm.

Highchair & Cot Availability: We have a limited number, please request before booking to avoid disappointment - Bedding for the cot is not provided.

Starter kit of essentials: Tea, coffee (instant), sugar, oil, salt & pepper, milk, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets, rubbish bags, shampoo & body wash, hand wash, toilet paper.

Professional linen provided and one body towel per guest (no facecloths).
