Nous sommes situés sur la face inférieure de Missionary Ridge. La bataille de Missionary Ridge a été combattu ici le 26 novembre 1863. Les Confédérés ont campé à l'endroit même où cette maison a été construite en 2016. Il y a un accès en fauteuil roulant et un lot vide à côté pour le stationnement de débordement. Nous sommes les animaux domestiques et avons une belle cour clôturée. Il est une chambre 3, 2 salles de bains, salon, salle à manger avec un lave-linge et sèche-linge dans la cuisine. mobilier confortable et des lits douillets pour votre plaisir de dormir. Je fournirai des articles de toilette et petit-déjeuner. Downtown Chattanooga est à seulement 2 miles. En face, nous avons Shuffleboard, Horse Shoes, table de pique-nique avec un barbecue et d'une Cour Bocce. Le jardin sur la déchirure next up était sur le Salon du comté de Hamilton Master Gardener en 2013. Promenade dans le jardin, profiter de la vue de Chattanooga, et asseoir par la Fontaine Mermaid avec des poissons rouges, et laissez vos soucis disparaissent.

I grew up in Philadelphia, Tn on a small horse farm. I moved to Chattanooga to go to college and have stayed here since. Like kudzu my roots go 6 feet under.

I had this property build for a vacation rental. I own the whole block. The other houses are yearly rentals. I have been playing Monopoly in my neighborhood since 1983. There are 2 other short term rentals on this same block, Ridgedale Roost and Kathy's Kottage, Thatcher's Mill House and Makin' Memories for large family events.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification". This means that if you stay in the city, you are likely to be on a street with a wide variety of properties, ranging from very good condition, to fair, to vacant. In addition, there is great racial, cultural, and economic diversity with city residents. I live across the street and love it here, but it may not be for everyone. I want all guests to consider this prior to booking, so no unfavorable review result.
My insurance does not cover the follow dog breeds: Dobermans, Pit bulls, and Chows.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!
