Overall the property is great! The location of the condo is fantastic for walking to the beach, restaurants, etc. The process of picking up and dropping off a checkin packet a mile from the condo was inconvenient. Also, considering it is a condo directly on the beach providing beach towels would be an asset.

The room and view were fantastic! The check in process was little confusing since you had to drive to an office offsite to get the keys. The lock on the front door doesn’t work and we couldn’t lock the front door the entire stay.

Location was perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants and shops on the street or beach side. The beach and condo property were very nice and well taken care of. Our room could use some TLC... new rugs and a deeper clean (baseboards, walls, furniture). Beds were all very comfortable and kitchen had most everything we needed.

Property was clean, right on the beach with very easy access. All basics were included. We were pleasantly surprised to find a few beach chairs and beach toys.Minor issues included that parking was not advertised as being limited to one space only however they were able to accommodate a second space for us, which we were very grateful for. The extra bedroom had no lamps or lights in it, and it appeared that the window coverings had fallen out of the wall. People that stayed in there could not change in there or do much in the evenings and had to use the other bedroom. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.
