2023 WINTER VACATION

Chris was wonderful host, the property was as advertised. The views, sunsets were really great. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and things to do.

On the beach in St Pete Beach

Beautiful view from this condo. It is very well equipped - you don't need to bring anything. Management company on-site if you have issues.

Oh what a view!

The view from the balcony is spectacular! The condo is beautiful and clean with attention to every detail. The beach is gorgeous and watching the dolphins in the ocean was a bonus!

Chris's condo has everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. It is a beautifully updated beachy condo. My family and I enjoyed it from coffee on the balcony at sunrise to the beautiful sunsets. We would definitely return

Great condo, amazing views!

We spent a fabulous week in St Pete Beach. Chris' condo is everything that is advertised - clean, well-stocked, comfortable and a great location. Chris was great to work with, and made sure that even the smallest details were attended to. This is one of the cleanest, most well-maintained properties that we have stayed in. The location is great, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We definitely hope to return soon!

Great views!

Condo is beautifully done with upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. It is very well stocked with beach equipment, kitchen tools, nice TVs, games, etc. Fresh flowers on the table! The balcony was our favorite spot, especially at sunset. The second bedroom is small and closet is in the hall. We loved our stay! The owner is very nice!

Fantastic View!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unobstructed view, and large private balcony were fantastic. The condo was so clean, and everything that we might have needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect for us, we cooked many a meals and enjoyed them on the balcony. The beds were so comfortable. The amenities around the condo complex were fantastic. Heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The outdoor gas grills we used multiple times. The direct beach access made it so easy to get out to the beach quickly. The condo itself is very centrally located to everything from shopping, restaurants, grocery and more. We can't rave enough about this condo. We are already planning our 2017 vacation there.

Fabulous balcony view of ocean! Best view on St. Pete Beach!

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. The view from the balcony was the best view of any condo or hotel on the beach! The condo is directly on the beach so you are literally steps from the beach. There were so many extra amenities that the owner provided that made our stay extremely comfortable.....beach chairs, beach umbrellas, ocean toys, oscillating fans, books, first aid kit, fully stocked kitchen, spices, dish soap, washer/dryer, laundry soap, cable tv, wifi, Netflix, and beautifully furnished furniture. We booked directly through the owner, and Chris was very helpful answering our questions directly through email and phone. We have been coming to St. Pete Beach for about 20 years for summer vacations staying at a resort. We will definitely be staying at this condo from now on. We have found our permanent and perfect vacation condo!

After experiencing a horrible winter this place was just what was needed for my family. We have stayed in other beach homes and condos and nothing can compare to the amenities the owner has provided. Our family likes to cook while on vacation and every cooking appliance is provided as well as supplies needed for a day at the beach. We were able to eat our breakfast and lunch on the balcony while watching dolphins swim by every day as well as play board games at night. The fireworks on the fourth is something to behold. One day we rented a boat to Shell Key island and we were able to see manatees swimming by. This place is definitely the place to stay if visiting St Pete. We used to be Atlantic Ocean vacationers but now feel drawn to this beautiful piece of paradise. Thanks for allowing our family to share your property.

Perfect trip to St. Pete Beach

Our family of 5 has an absolutely perfect vacation to St. Pete Beach thanks in large part to Chris and this wonderful condo. The location is perfect - literal steps away from the beach - and the view of the Gulf of Mexico is pristine. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and she remarked the entire week that this was the cleanest place we have ever stayed. The condo has all needs covered from appliances and cookware to bathroom towels and toiletries. Without a doubt, my favorite amenity was the air mattress which was so easy to inflate/deflate each night and store easily in the hallway closet. We also greatly appreciated (and used every day) the beach supplies - chairs, umbrellas, balls and toys. The check in process was smooth and easy. And best of all, Chris was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to any questions. St. Pete is a special place for our family and we made even more special memories this year. We hope to be back soon and this condo will be at the top of our list!

Updated Perfection

Have been staying at this property for over 10 years now, and as much as we loved the old layout and decor, the renovations Chris has made to the place are absolutely beautiful. All new stainless appliances, updated bathrooms and the new flooring and brighter colors really let you know you are on vacation. But one thing remains constant that brings us back again and again is that Gulf Front view from the top floor, with nothing but 100 yards of sand between you and the waves. Even though we had sort of a rainy week, we were still able to enjoy nature's show from the balcony. From seeing the angry mist of a thunderstorm rolling in from the gulf to Dolphins and Sunsets that will just take your breath away, this is your first class seat to the show. This is where you want to be if you are going to St. Pete Beach.

Five Star Condo, Million Dollar View

A five star condo fit for a nice couple retreat or small family with a million dollar view! The view is incredible - you just have to see it. I especially love that there is access to the large balcony from the master bedroom! While there are full beds in the bedrooms and the second bedroom is closed off by a privacy screen, the condo is spacious. The roommate style floorplan is perfect for separation if you need quiet and privacy at night. The decorations are so happy and the furniture is cozy. Nearly everything is provided for you! (Though, if you are sensitive to toilet tissues you may want to bring your own.) Chris is very prompt in responding to issues should you ever have one. I've already been in love with the area for years and the condo makes it feel even more like home. We are looking into moving to the area, so the condo was perfect for us!

Beautiful Condo and View!

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was perfect about the condo. It was beautiful, clean, organized and very well taken care of. The location was great as well- it never got too busy and the beach and sand were really nice. Having good restaurant selections close by was great. The best part was the view and only being a moment from going straight down to the pool and beach. The owner, Chris, was exceptional and you could tell he really cared and was there for whatever we needed. The grounds were well kept as well, and check in/out was really easy. They had beach towels you could borrow with a cash deposit that you get back when you return them at the end of the stay (even can return unwashed!), so that was really helpful. Everything was fantastic!

Vista’s Best

We have stayed at Vista’s on the Gulf several times before but first time in this unit. The building is wonderful, heated pool, hot tub, right on beach. The unit is excellent. All appliances and utensils are top quality. Spotless. Everything you need. Host welcomes you the minute you check in. Answers all questions. The best. Great location near everything. Best sunsets from balcony every night. Will return.

Anniversary Trip

Great Condo

You will not find a better place to stay on St. Pete Beach!! Condo is always stocked with everything you will need and very well kept and cleaned. The owners are very responsive and always try their best to do anything they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Would defiantly recommend, when we come to St. Pete, we always stay here:)

A friend told me about St. Pete Beach so I visited there and absolutely loved it! I bought a small 3 bedroom, 2 bath concrete block ranch home that is about 60 years old. This was purchased in 2004. It is about 2 blocks from the sandy beach. The area feels so much like home. Such a safe friendly feel. I thought this is such a great place to visit and probably retire....why not start buying some investment real estate? So I did...but instead of 2 blocks from the beach, I wanted to do it RIGHT! I bought the best unit in the building! Top Floor, FULL Gulf Front! Nothing can ever obstruct the awesome view! St. Pete Beach is such a beautiful white sandy beach. The waters are so calm, clear, and warm. Come see for yourself.

When staying at this condo, you will enjoy the overall ease in it's location to freeway/airport access. This condo is located right in the middle of the north/south ends of St. Pete Beach. This means you can walk to either end of the beach with about a 20 minute walk. Total access on foot to everything!!
