Great place to stay

This condo was a great place to stay. The ground level unit was quiet and had everything you could need. Very clean and organized. The location between Old Town and North Scottsdale was great. Also the proximity to the 101 made it easy to get around. I would highly recommend this condo.

Our visit in March 2026 for three weeks in this condo was extremely enjoyable. The condo is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, there are two sizable smart TVs, and the condo is in a great location to the best restaurants and stores. There are two beautiful (heated) pools with plenty of lounge chairs and shade for enjoyment. Our host (Stella) provided outstanding customer service and made sure that our visit was exceptional. I highly recommend this condo and we will be back next year for another outstanding vacation.

Excellent location

This immaculate condo was in the perfect location for the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Easy access to highways/airport & just minutes from breathtaking hikes. The pool area & gym were close proximity to the condo. The washer & dryer are a big plus when staying for extended times.. i will definitely be staying here again!

I’ve used VRBO for rentals for over 15 years. This experience was without a doubt the worst! The units furniture was beyond uncomfortable. Absolutely no cushioning and sat very low to the floor! I encourage you to sit on the couch or chairs for more than 15 minutes; you’ll have back and hip pains as we did. The bed was rock hard and wrapped in plastic! Also VERY uncomfortable! We arrived late and had a terrible time finding the building and parking as there are no exterior lights in the structures! Never did find any signage for” East Apartment”! Several of the bulbs were out throughout the grounds! There was no instructions (except for the tv) as to where to find pool, gym, key fobs, trash location etc. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom! The magnifying mirror was nearly falling off the wall! Bathroom so tight you could barely close the door while straddling the toilet! Hot water was lukewarm! No water pressure! We rented for 2 weeks and were provided with only a half roll of the cheapest toilet paper and paper towels I’ve ever seen! 4 plates…really, that pretty much ensures you wash the dishes by hand or run the dishwasher after every meal! And just so you know the glaze in the plates is broken and bacteria can be absorbed into the cracks; they should be thrown out! My first 3 attempts by email never got a response from my so called contact. Only when I asked for a referral to someone else, did Stella finally contact me! I will not rent

This condo is very nicely decorated. Plenty of room for 2 people. Only downside is the bathroom is quite small not much counter space. All the other rooms are quite spacious. We enjoyed the north facing patio so we didn’t have to sit in the direct sun. Would definitely like to come back next year.

Even though the property fit our needs (we've travelled there several times in the past), the increase in rental costs will definitely impact on our future decisions regarding how we choose to rent in this area using the present rental agency processes.

This condo is very conveniently located. It was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The only negative I have about this property is the bed. The mattress had a plastic cover that was torn, and the mattress pad slid around and made it a bit uncomfortable. The bedding seemed to be sized to California king, but the mattress was a regular king. Other than this, we were very happy with this condo.

Thoroughly recommend this unit.

An excellent new rental. Sparkling clean and a fully equipped kitchen and no shortage of linens. Very comfortable with lots of room for two people. The complex is quiet with a nice pool area and gym. The grocery store was in walking distance but you would need a car for everything else. Hiking and biking just a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Only cleanliness issue was the oven. It was dirty, spillage had not been removed and it was a turn off. We checked in at 2:00 am and was difficult to find our condo and parking spot. Not visible enough at night.

Nice Condo in Scottsdale

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean, nicely remodeled, attractively decorated condo for a month (mid Dec to mid Jan). Comfortable king bed. Good TVs in living room and bedroom. Great location close to 101 Loop, Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Thompson Peak Rd, etc. A 20 minute drive or less will get you to most attractions and golf courses in Scottsdale and northern Phoenix. Safeway, CVS, Walgreens, AJ’s Fine Foods and several restaurants are nearby but not within walking distance for older people. Two nice swimming pools in condo complex were heated and had comfortable lounge chairs. Well maintained grill near pool for community use. Covered parking in recently paved parking lot. Quiet. Well-maintained grounds. We look forward to returning next year!
