This condo on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with Queen pullout,.

Scottsdale is so easy to explore when you make your home base at this sunny, second-floor condo, ideally located mere blocks from downtown. Spend your days golfing, shopping, dining, and taking in a few Cactus League games, and your afternoons enjoying lovely amenities right outside your door.

This complex sits just over a mile south of Old Town Scottsdale, giving you fantastic access to renowned restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. You'll be close to the Continental Golf Club and the Coronado Golf Course (both are three-quarters of a mile), Scottsdale Stadium (one mile), and upscale shopping and dining at Fashion Square (three miles). Back at home, there's an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, a tennis court, a gym, grilling areas, and laundry facilities on the grounds.

The condo's interior is bright, open, and modern, with desert sunshine streaming in through the large balcony doors. This covered outdoor space is wonderful for morning coffee, alfresco breakfasts, and cold drinks and card games after a day out and about.

Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an adjacent dining area, and a living room where you can unwind by streaming movies (plus Roku live TV) and playing board games. The bedroom has its own smart TV and desk workspace, so you can easily set up your laptop and log onto the complimentary WiFi.

Great little apartment for my wife and I to stay. Had a bunch of amenities that were super useful for the property including Tennis Rackets / Pickleball Rackets / Balls for the tennis court in addition to a fully stocked K-Cup Coffee machine. Oven / Stove were great and kitchen was well stocked. We slept well and enjoyed out trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is small but was perfect for our needs. The floor in the shower is super slippery so be careful. Also, no sanitizing wipes were stocked in the gym and no toilet paper in the clubhouse restrooms.

Location is close to old town and is a safe area. Uber is easy to use. The unit has everything for cooking in, I bought ground coffee and found out instead is a keurig which requires pods. (Pods not provided). The condo needs 1 set of extra sheets for the bed, and hand towels and washcloths for the bathroom. The front door entry area needs to be swept and cleaned regularly. There are 2 plaza's across the street with Dunkin' Donuts, cvs and some mom and pop shops. The pool and bbqs were well maintained and clean. Laundry is easy access however does require an app to use.

Spacious clean condo

The condo was better than even the listing looked like. It was extremely clean and had well stocked kitchen. Even had beach towels and tennis and pickleball rackets. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Definitely would recommend this condo.

Cons: Access code was provided late.Pilliows (too soft-personal preference) However, overall an excellant place to stay. Clean, great fragrance throughout, organnized, great decor and your very own assigned parking space. I will use again if in the area.assigned parking space.

Great Rental

We’ve been using VRBO for 20 plus years. In all that time, we have never experienced such a well equipped rental. If you couldn’t find it here, you didn’t need it. Rental is close to every major highway route. We were here for two weeks due to medical procedures at HonorHealth. Rental community is quiet. Offers numerous walking paths for exercise. Highly recommend this rental.

Updated and clean condo in South Scottsdale

Two adults for 17-day stay in March. Was able to do remote work from condo with small desk in bedroom and good wifi. Updated appliances; well-furnished kitchen; Keurig coffee station. Property manager was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. We knew location was busy intersection. (We drove closer to greenbelt for walks.) Good price for value during busy time of year. Recommend this condo.
