Welcome to our beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in Sunny Scottsdale, AZ. This luxurious stay offers a quaint combination of urban style with rural amenities and livability. Walk to high end shopping and wonderful restaurants. Head down to Old town for night life, comedy clubs, shops and galleries, or take a hike at Sunrise Trailhead! With so many things to see here in Scottsdale, you'll adore our central location. This unique place has a style all its own.

Good location, old condo property

For the price of this unit, it was not completely redone and the condo unit is really old. The location is good. Needs new appliances and shower.

Great location. Close to numerous Scottsdale activities.

Very clean and convenient to so many things. Joseph, the propery manager was always prompt in replying to any questions we had. Can't go wrong by staying here.

Comfortable and Convenient

There were some issues when I arrived but the manager immediately solved them.I would recommend you bring your own toiletries.

Scottsdale Condo

Great location, great communication. Place was decorated nicely. Bed was really comfortable and the towels were great. The front door is a little tricky, so know that the key code works, just need to lift up on the door and push to the left.

Safe, clean place to stay.

Overall stay went well. Coffee was not provided with keurig & water filter not ideal. Room is too bright to sleep at night. Had what I needed, and pretty location.

Quiet, clean and safe!

This is a wonderfully homey and cozy place to spend restful nights after touring the greater Phoenix area during the day. We utilized the kitchen for breakfasts and light dinners and then relaxed with a movie or two in the evenings. The laundry and pool areas were pristine! The building is very quiet and the area is safe for nighttime walks about the neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are conveniently close by.

Convenient to everything

Actually, this was the second time we have stayed at this unit. Joseph keeps the unit updated and comfortable. Location is convenient to almost any destination, especially downtown Scottsdale and the Fashion Square. We hope his place will be available when we return to the area next year. It will be our first choice.
