We are so excited to welcome you to our beautiful hometown Osoyoos. The resort is located on the waterfront of Canada’s warmest lake. Staying with us allows you to enjoy everything Osoyoos has to offer-warm weather, beach, wine, golf with the added benefits of a pool and hot tub. The unit is tastefully decorated equipped with all your needs for a quaint escape for your family or a romantic couples getaway. Kick back and soak the Okanagan sun!

The Space

The fully equipped 800 square feet unit is located on the top floor of the two-story complex. The unit comes with all comforts of a home to make your stay enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed attached to the main bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a single and a double bunk bed (there is a sky light in the bedroom which is not covered). In the spacious living area, you will find a queen pull-out couch. The balcony provides a partial view of the pool and hot tub (see picture 22 for reference).

The unit is steps away from the pool and hot tub and a simple walk across the street to the private beachfront with a private dock. Boat moorage is available for guests: $30 per day/$175 per week. Must be booked in advance due to the limited availability.

No need to worry about parking, the resort has free open assigned parking outside the complex for 1 vehicle. Any additional cars must be parked on the street outside the resort.

Please note: The pool and hot tub are closed Oct 1-Spring, There is no elevator located on the premises. There are two sets of outdoor stairs to the unit.

Great property. Owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Access to private beach & pool was wonderful for our stay with our 4 year old granddaughter. Owner was very responsive & dealt with one small issue very quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hi Brenda, All the rules are posted on our listing before the booking. Prior to booking please review them to make sure you’re comfortable. The no smoking on the premises rule is set out by strata not by us. This is something that is strictly enforced by management as stated on the listing. Puneet

Great stay here. Beautiful place, very clean, well equipped, great location. My only complaint is that the sprinklers outside spewed hard water on my car which left spots that are hard to remove. No big deal if you're not a car person, or you can just park near the place and not in the assigned spot.

Up for a wedding

My family of 5 came up for a wedding in Osoyoos and were looking to stay close to the venue. We were 5 minutes away. The condo was clean and well stocked. My only two complaints are the iron is finicky. It kept beeping and would shut off mid use. Not a huge concern but annoying. The other is the skylight in the second bedroom with the bunk beds. It is soooo bright when the sun comes up that it is hard to sleep. It needs to have some sort of covering as it is extremely bright even when raining. the suite itself was comfortable, the beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of towels. We were five adults with my daughter in law 8 months pregnant and we had plenty of room. Cannot comment on the amenities as we did not use them.

Great location, great unit!

We really enjoyed our time in Osoyoos, and our stay was very pleasant! The weather wasn't full on summer so the kids really enjoyed the pool as they felt the lake was a bit cold for them. Only room for improvement would be a means to shutter the skylight in the bedroom with the bunk bed (which isn't mentioned) - it stays light until late and from very early, so if your kids can't sleep in the light you'll have to improvise - I had them both (young kids) sleep in the bottom bunk, and built a "fort" with the blankets to keep it dark for them. Otherwise it was really awesome!

Great place for a girls trip!

Stayed here for a girls wine weekend and it worked out perfectly! With easy access to the lake and wineries, a pool and hot tub, and plenty of space in the apartment itself, it accommodated five of us very well. The only downside is the view from the apartment is just the pool - would be even better if it was of the lake! But everything else is perfect. Great kitchen set-up, clean and modern bathroom, and even a washer/dryer!

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed attached to the main bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a single and a double bunk bed. In the spacious living area, you will find a queen pull-out couch. The balcony provides a partial view of the hot tub and pool that can be enjoyed while enjoying a morning coffee or BBQing dinner.

The unit is steps away from the pool and hot tub and a simple walk across the street to the private beachfront with a private dock. Boat moorage is available for guests: $30 per day/$175 per week.

Osoyoos is full of adventure all year round. In the summer enjoy the warm beaches, boating, and award-winning golf courses. In the fall enjoy the beautiful vineyards and 50+ wineries between Osoyoos and Oliver. The winter is full of skiing and snowboarding at Mt Baldy.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

There are a few restaurants within walking distance (Pizza 97A, Campo Marina Italian Restaurant, Quiznos, Dairy Queen). For the kids or late-night ice cream, Rattlesnake Canyon is just a short 10-minute walk that includes mini-golf, kid rides and an ice cream parlor.

Guests have access to a private beachfront and dock as well as boat moorage (limited availability).
