The Lakehouse/Snow Vacation Rental

Welcome to 'The Lakehouse'. Strategically placed in the Meadows at the end of the street bordering greenspace and trails. It is a minute walk to the pool and amenities building and only minutes from the beach. Our Cottage is spacious and modern, fully stocked with all the necessities and beyond. Let this be your home away from home and enjoy this space as much as we do. Longer term rentals for snowbirds available in the off season.

We have partnered up with Baldy Mountain Resort (45min away) and offer great lift ticket discounts for anyone staying at our Cottage.

'The Lakehouse' is an exquisite 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Cottage that has all the necessities you would find in your own home with the added perk of lakeside living.

It has a grand master bedroom on the main floor including a large ensuite and walk in closet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a loft area. The kitchen and family room features an open concept with plenty of room to hang out in. You'll notice the 55" Smart TV's in both the living and master bedroom include Netflix and high speed internet.

For those travelling with small children and toddlers we have a universal black out blind, high chair, pack and play with bedding, dishes and toys. We have games, books, puzzles, indoor and outdoor toys, a wagon, beach chairs/umbrella, as well as coolers and kayaks with life jackets available for our guests.

The back patio is complete with a propane BBQ and furnished with an outdoor dining set and comfortable lounge seating area, directly on a large green space.

There is plenty of parking on the driveway with up to 2 parking spots as well as a double car garage.

The complex has a large pool with 2 hot tubs and a gym available for your use along with an amenity building less than a minute walk away.

A short walk brings you to 500' of sandy beach with a buoyed off swimming area, a volleyball net and campfire pits along the warm waters of Osoyoos Lake.

The playground is within eye sight of the Cottage and perfect for your little ones to enjoy.

Located half way between Osoyoos and Oliver our Cottage is surrounded by wineries, with over a dozen within a 10 minute drive.

Guest have access to the garage, amenity building, pool, hot tubs and gym. In addition, the playground, walking trails and beach are for our guests to enjoy. Boat slip is available to rent upon request.

Great location, clean, lots of good spaces to hang out within this home to eat, read and play games. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals after a long day of hiking, wine tasting, exploring the area of Osoyoos and Oliver. The visitor center was VERY helpful and had great suggestions and stories to tell. Highly recommend this place and the area.

The house was more than we'd hoped for. It had everything we needed, and more, for a wonderful getaway. We were there with teenagers but it had everything you would need for babies and children. Our teenagers said it was "chill"! It was great to have the kayaks and the second fridge in the garage! Communication with the owner was good though we had no issues while we were there. We would definitely love to come back again.

Osoyoos visit with friends

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the property. It’s kid and adult friendly. Good location to explore some wineries and close to town if you prefer the beach or to take advantage of the amenities. Pool, hot tub and kids play area close by as well as the lake! Very well stocked for young families. Extra toys, books, and outdoor toys. We plan to stay again!

Beautiful cottage experience

The Lakehouse is a gorgeous 3BR house which easily accommodated our group of 7 adults with room to spare although the top bunk is probably not best for an adult. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Everything is beautlfully appointed and all the amenities are there. Towels were clean and plush and plentiful, including beach towels, makeup towels, kitchen towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, oils, wraps, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, nice appliances, etc. and everything organized and labelled! We appreciated the Keurig and the air fryer. Everything was new and of good quality. The bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer. The house was comfortable to lounge in with several areas to relax, including the living room, loft, sunroom and outdoor patio. We also took advantage of the pickleball court, hot tub and outdoor heated pool. The access to the beach was quick and easy and although we didn't use them, there were kayaks available. There was also a second fridge in the garage which was great for extra food and beverages. It was a great location for going to various wineries in the area, especially along the Black Sage Bench and the District Wine Village. We loved the house and had the best weekend away. HIghly recommend!

Beautiful Cottage - Great Location!

This unit surpassed our expectations! Clean, spacious and fully equipped. The location within Osoyoos Cottages was perfect! An end unit on green space allowing for a private yard to relax, bbq and eat, or you prefer eat inside the beautiful bright separate dining room! We truly loved our stay and hope to come back next year!

Great location!

We stayed at the Lakehouse with our 2 kids (4&7) and friends with their kids. The house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen, including an air fryer! The kids also enjoyed the many toys and books. The house is a 1 minute walk to the playground and 5 minute walk to the beach. It was super helpful to have the wagon provided, to take on our walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at this location again. The host was also very helpful and super responsive.

Great family beach vacation!

We love the Osoyoos cottages as they are perfect for a family vacation. There is always something for everyone to do. This property is very well equipped and very pleasant. The air conditioning was great when the heat outside was too much. We would recommend everything about this place.

Awesome clean rental

We staid here with family and friends. Kids 8 & 5 loved the playground, pool and all the books and games for kids. Easy to check in very helpful hosts we would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Perfect moms getaway

8 of us stayed in Justin’s place for a quick wine weekend. The place was extremely clean, well equipped and was in a great location….just minutes from the vineyards! Although we weren’t travelling with kids, we did appreciate the abundance of toys, books and kids equipment that would make it super handy for a family staying there. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place

This was one of the nicest places we have ever rented! Lovely house, great location near wineries. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Family getaway

Despite a bit of smoke, cool weather and some rain, we had a nice stay. The cottage had great amenities for us to use - nice to have the kayaks and lawn games, as well as wagon to take it to the beach. Inside was very comfortable and we enjoyed eating & playing games in the sunroom. We’d definitely go back!

Great Getaway

This cottage/house was a fantastic well kept place for the family! It was amazingly stocked (had everything you might need in the kitchen,bathrooms and laundry room). Tons of toys for kids all the way to adults! Very family friendly! Walk to the pool is pretty quick…walk to lake is a bit further especially with young ones. Still worth it! Host was very very fast to reply to all needs and questions which was fantastic. With skin sensitive children, we’d have preferred to have non scented linens as it did bother them until they were aired out. We also ended up having to take recycling home with us because it was suppose to be separated into different categories as per the labels on the bins (which we didn’t know until the last day when we went to drop off). Overall though, this was a fantastic place and we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for such a great stay!!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was very accommodating to our family and kids. It was very clean and well equipped for comfort and fun, indoors and outdoors. Great location with a short walk to the beach and pool. It's also an end unit, so there's a nice green space next to it where the kids can play within view. Justin was an excellent host, quick to respond. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Amazing getaway. Felt like all-inclusive

Our family of 4 stayed here during the summer and had a great time. There was so much included in this rental that we didn't need to venture out for anything else. The kitchen was well stocked with coffe and tea, along with everything you need to cook a decent meal should you choose to do that. Place was extremely clean and Justin was very responsive.
