This was such a cute place to stay! You can tell a lot of love was put into decorating this unit. There were precious details throughout that we discovered each day. Plenty of space and very clean. It was a 10-15 Uber ride to Broadway and other points of interest.

This property was not as described…other than size. The furniture is very worn (appears dirty with cigarette burns), the walls need repainted, the entry needs grass if not sodded (shoe-ruining mudpit), the floors had not been cleaned (pills found on floor as well as dirt and dust), and the door was unlocked upon arrival each day. service was requested for replacement of blown lightbulbs …techs came and switched blown bulb to new socket; they did however repair the non-working outlet as requested. Responses from “owner” appeared to be AI as answers were simply repeated.

I'm sorry the wear on the furniture and the state of the entryway made a bad first impression, as that mud is a known headache during the wet season. We totally enjoyed our visit and the accommodations.

We love the location, property and accessibility to all the Nashville downtown attractions. Celebrated a birthday with my daughter and friends and enjoyed the Dolly theme, and accommodations. Steve was very responsive and helped us through our check in process, via email and he was very quick to respond. Thank you for making this trip easily and hassle free.

The best bachelorette location!

This was a perfect location in a safe area for me and my girlfriends. The interior is just as pictured - so cute and girly. The rooftop was awesome with a great view and vibe. The beds were super comfy and each big bed had a trundle so we could fit all girls in comfortably. Thanks to Steven for the easy communication as well. I'd definitely rent here again - or one of their other properties.
