Weekdays: 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (however, crews typically shut down at 3 p.m.)
Saturdays: 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sundays and Federal Holidays: Construction work is strictly prohibited

PARKING: 1 space in shared 2-car garage. Fits most vehicle sizes. Accessed via rear alley; Available neighborhood street parking can also be utilized (metered and non-metered).
LAUNDRY: Shared free facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide supplies.
LOCATION: Brand new Marina Park is just 1/2 block away - a local favorite, including a fantastic bayfront kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach just across Balboa Blvd.!
