Our home is fully self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave and pod coffee machine. Two bathrooms and three toilets. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
There is a back yard, and the patio has a gas barbeque.

Linen included.

Some dogs are welcome with prior arrangement. $20 per night, per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the carpets or beds. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival. NB: The City of Busselton`s new laws state that dogs are not to be left alone at the holiday house while you go out.

Parking for two cars only.

The whole house

Driftwood is in a quieter part of Busselton. A walk to the beach at sunset is a must, then on to the town centre for a lovely meal, then a leisurely stroll back home.

Feel free to leave your car in the lockable garage or our driveway. City of Busselton`s new laws state cars are not to be parked off the property on neighbours verges. Restaurants, Shopping, Beach, Jetty are all in walking distance.

We supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, and toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay.
House Rules & Terms for Temporary Holiday Accommodation

By entering, you accept these terms.

ID & Guest Info: Submit a government ID within 48 hours. List all guests for Busselton City Council compliance.

Booking: Must be in the traveler`s name; no third-party bookings. Guest numbers cannot exceed what`s agreed. Extra guests will incur fees.

Parking: Two cars only. No parking on lawns or neighbors’ verges.

Linen: Included.

Charges: Additional fees for damage, cleaning, excess guests, or lost keys (up to $200). A pre-authorisation hold is taken on the payment card and released after the cleaning inspection has taken place, all being good. Report any damage (including makeup stains) within 10 minutes of arrival.

WIFI: Free; use responsibly.

Property Use: No parties, functions, or excessive noise. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

BBQ: Clean it after use or face a $40 fee. Ensure the gas bottle is full when leaving.

Air Conditioning: Turn off when not in use and keep doors/windows closed. Excessive use may incur extra charges.

Food: Eat only in kitchen/dining areas; additional cleaning fees apply for spills outside these areas.

Candles: Not allowed.

Cancellations: Refunds according to the policy, minus third-party processing fees.

Pets: Dogs allowed by prior arrangement and paid fee. No cats or small animals. Dogs must not be left alone at the property.

Smoking: No smoking on the property.

Loss: The owners are not responsible for lost or forgotten items, but can return them for a fee.

Pests: Expect occasional insects or critters. Insect repellent is provided.

Allergies: Be aware of pollen during certain months ie: November.

Lawn Care: Lawn mowing may occur during summer stays.

Departure:

Empty bins into outside bins.

Leave towels on bathroom floor.

Leave the property clean.

Check-out by 10 AM. Lock doors and windows.

Turn off the BBQ, gas, air-conditioning, and lights.

Variations: Must be arranged in writing with the owner.
