If its location and amenities you are looking for, then this remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for your Mammoth vacation! Just steps from the Sierra Star golf course, and about a mile from both the lifts at Eagle Lodge and The Village, it is in a quiet peaceful location surrounded by forest, yet so close to the main areas of town. Relax by the pellet stove or play a game of cards at the table all while enjoying the fresh mountain air. This condo has everything you need to feel right at home including a fully stocked kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV and DVD player, and free WiFi. The loft upstairs has been completely enclosed to create a private master suite with a King size bed, flatscreen TV and desk area if you need to work or school remotely. A full private bathroom and private laundry are also on this floor across the hall. The main level bedroom features a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and Twin on top with an additional Twin bed, perfect for a kids room or traveling singles, with another desk area for working. There is also a full hallway bathroom. There is even access to covered shared garage parking for one vehicle (garage clearance is 7' 3"), note the size of the garage allows for a small or standard size SUV vehicle (anything larger will be very tight). The garage is shared with one other vehicle. The Bigwood community offers an outdoor pool, hot tub, and on-site laundry facilities. This condo is on the second floor with approximately 12 steps up to the entrance, two levels inside, sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and no smoking or pets are permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home comes with a 1-car garage plus additional outdoor parking for one vehicle. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Great place

Location is great. Close distance to yellow line to Eagle. Condo is as described. Very clean and great sleeping arrangements. Had an issue when we arrived with clogged plumbing (probably prior guest) and management addressed immediately I would book again.

Perfect Little Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cute little townhome. It was exactly as we expected but even more cozy! Super clean and had all the amenities we could think of. Kitchen was super cute and we loved the unique fireplace. Bed were so comfy and warm too! We hope to be back to this exact home one day in the future. Thank you for having such a lovely home!

The Geezer ski adventure.

Great location

Its an older location and the heating uses a pellet heater which is great if you know how to use it. I wish they left out some instructions. I looked up the heater and figured it out from the manual online. The kids were in the bunk beds and I made it a slumber party in the third bed in the kids room. They loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 6 people (2 kids & 4 adults) on our trip and this place was perfect! The beds are extremely comfortable! Even the bunk beds! And the place was very clean and fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials which was super nice. Washer & dryer worked perfectly which made it easy to pack light. Super convenient hangers and bench by the front door for us to drop all our fishing and hiking gear. Overall, I would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

A couple of small items: A good frying pan would be helpful. Tutorial on TV and Cable use Fan for upstairs bedroom is very noisy and needs repair Garage space was not practical for a full size pickup, maybe mention in rental description. Some of these may have already been in description and I missed them. Thank yoiu

Small, but Everything You Need

Property was clean and liked the 2 bedrooms for our family of 5 (including 3 teenage kids). The space was on the smaller side, but suited us fine as we spent most of our time skiing or recovering on the couch (not enough room for all 5 at one time). Cooked several meals. Kitchen had plenty of supplies, plus basics (spices, oil, pots, pans). My only complaint was it was FREEZING when we arrived. Like worried about the pipes cold. It took a couple hours to warm up. Once it was warm, it was easy to keep it comfortable

Cute but needs maintenance

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute condo in Bigwood, a community we have stayed at several times previously. Heaters were either intermittently working or worked but were SUPER loud. Not ideal. Pellet fireplace did not appear to be working--at least we couldn't figure it out and there were no instructions on how to operate it. We called maintenance after hours (b/c you can't check in until 5pm, which is after hours--pretty lame) and they showed up and attempted to fix it but left a space heater (that didn't really heat anything but the gesture was appreciated). One of the outlets in the kitchen was out, which confused us until we realized it was the outlet, not the appliances, that didn't work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time and are grateful for the staff at Mammoth Reservations for being so kind and accommodating! We were able to check in early, the place was clean and comfortable, and when we grabbed the wrong key before going to dinner on the first night, the girl I spoke with (I wish I remembered her name!) was amazing and quick to help us with our needs. The only thing that I think can be improved was when we arrived, the unit was 48°, very cold! And it took a while to warm up.
