The entrance floor includes the kitchen, half bath, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided). There is 30 feet of glass along the front providing a panoramic south facing view toward the Owens Valley and Crowley Lake. Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage. The bedroom and loft plus the full bath are up 1 floor above the living area.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Eagle Lodge during the winter months. Low level intermediate ski/riding ability is required. The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made our stay feel like a true retreat. The condo had a cozy, cabin-like feel nestled in the hills, complete with a lovely fireplace that made it even more inviting. The host was quick to respond and very helpful, and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Great spot for a family of 4 or close group of friends
Really enjoyed this charming condo with a view. Slopes are about a 100 yard walk off the back of the property which means you don't have to worry about fighting for parking. Intermediate ski ability to ski in/out!!
A bit funky and from the 70 or 80s, but wow! What a view. Perfectly comfortable for my adult son and I to get away. The kitchen had all I needed to cook so we didn’t have to leave. And loved the ski in/out. Did I say mention the view?
Great ski-in access, but short walk to ski-out with the South trail closed. The place is small but comfortable and cozy. The views are stunning of the valley and mountains. The place is dated, but clean. We had a windstorm overnight, and the place was shuddering with the wind, and I could feel occasional ice crystals hit my face through some small cracks in the interface between the roof and the wall in the master bedroom. All in all, we had a great time and loved our classic little mountaintop chateau. Would stay again for sure.
The location was perfect for getting to the slopes fairly quickly. It was just a short walk from the condo. The condo was fully stocked with kitchen supplies. However, one of the main windows was boarded up with plywood obstructing the view and the place could use some updating (ie: carpet is really old, used with lots of stains on it. That being said, the property manager was very responsive to all of our needs.

Property management
The place is great but my one complaint is the property management company 101 greatescapes never checked VRBO messages or communicated through VRBO- so their emails went to my spam and they never answered my questions. Also- I never found the laundry- no sign or message about where it is located.
We had everything we could possibly need in this condo! We were very comfortable! Opening windows, we were able to get a cross breeze which was so nice! This is not the case in other condos we’ve stayed in! Communication with the property management was quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again!!!
