At 1300 sq. ft., Mountain Plaza 706 is a spacious condominium with top floor views of the Center Village, that Sleeps 8 people and has it's own private washer and dryer. This unit has 2 Master Bedrooms and three baths. One Master Bedroom is furnished with a 2 queen size beds, a Full Size Bath. The second Master Bedroom is furnished with a king bed, Full Size Bath, flat screen TV and washer/dryer. Within the Living Room, cozy up to the Fireplace, take advantage of the Free WiFi, watch Direct TV on the Flatscreen TV and lounge on the Queen Sofa Sleeper. This unit is about a 200 ft. walk to the American Eagle high speed lift in our village and therefore considered Ski-in/Ski-out. The building offers free WI-FI, heated underground parking. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-R-00092 | One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.

this is a very nice condo . kitchen has all the essentials . the location is premier . really enjoyed watching the skiiers from the coffee bar . great parking and walking to distance to multiple shops and grocery .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location, lift is close and you’re in the heart of Center Village. Elevators are efficient and parking underground is free. There’s no a/c which isn’t unusual, and they have fans that you can use. Couple of suggestions - sign in the condo say ski lockers are in the garage when they’re actually on the first floor. Mountain PLaza website refers to two hot tubs - there is only one. Skylight shades in the condo can’t be adjusted - should replace with something more functional. But overall a very good place, I would definitely recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location of this property and the amenities it had to offer, which made it very appealing. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance issues that were never addressed.The dishwasher broke down, causing water to run all over the kitchen floor and into the hallway. We made two calls to the management company, but never received a response or follow-up. The bathroom off the kitchen had a dirty tub that would not drain, and there was no stopper. We had to use wire to clear the drain ourselves and improvise with plastic as a stopper.In the master bathroom, the tub faucet constantly dripped and would not fully shut off. We also experienced a serious safety concern when the outlet by the fireplace started to smoke after plugging in a water vaporizer. Additionally, one of the double bed frames in the second bedroom was broken.

Amazing

We had 5 adults and one child. We were able to get a high chair and crib delivered by a nearby company. It was set up and ready for use when we arrived. The view is amazing. Sunrises in the morning, watching skiers/boarders all day, watching participants on the half pipe, walking around the village, playing in the snow with the baby, cozy fire in the fireplace in the evenings. Everything we needed for our home away from home for a week. We had a wonderful time making memories here!

Great Family Ski Base

Perfect for family of 4 (parents + 2 teens), plenty of space and we really appreciated 3 full bathrooms. The seating facing onto the slopes is brilliant, we loved watching the mountain at all hours. Parking, locker and proximity to lift & village were ideal. Earlier reviews claim the kitchen is not well stocked but this has been resolved — it has everything you need in terms of dishes and equipment. There are no consumables though, glad we brought salt & pepper, oil, baggies, foil etc. We like heavy bedding and found the sheets / blankets thin, but maybe that’s just us. It was our first time at Copper and we loved it, would definitely stay here again!

Great location at Copper Mt

Our family loved the location of this property with the convenience of the storage lockers downstairs and the less than 5 minute walk to the lifts. The property itself is in need of a little repair. The faucets were leaking and loose and some of the lamps were missing light bulbs or were coming apart. The floors of the unit were a little dirty - food crumbs from previous visitors, dirt and dust. Overall we would rent this unit again, especially if the small repairs were made and the floors cleaned a bit better before arrival.

Perfect location

In the heart of the village, essentially walk out and put your board or skis on. Can’t get any closer. Stayed for a week and never left the village. Had a grocery service deliver our supplies the day of arrival and with 9 restaurants within walking distance, we were good. We had 6 in our crew. Two couples and two teens with plenty of space. We enjoyed having breakfast at the bar in front of the window overlooking the slopes and lifts and after our day on the mountain. Being on the top floor it can get a little warm even when it was in the teens. We just left the windows open. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your unit!

Overall, I would stay here again. It has 3 full bathrooms. Most other places had a bunch of twin beds, where as this is all king and full beds. The location is prime! Walking distance to the lifts and restaurants, and overlooking the slopes. You can also take the free bus to frisco and take about a 1 mile walk to the nordic center for tubing, nordic skiing, or snow shoeing. While this is a big pro, it also comes with a few small cons: you can hear grooming activity at night and the rooms don't get completely dark. There are shades over the sky lights that help but I would recommend bringing eye covers if that bothers you. Another FYI: there are no extra towels or blankets provided. The kitchen supplies are also very limited. No salt, pepper, or oil provided, so be sure to bring your own. There are 2 lockers provided in the parking area that came in handy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was beautiful with a amazing view BUT not stocked as I would have expected. We typically stay in VRBO condos owned by individuals who want to make sure your stay is perfect so we are used to them being very well appointed. This condo had just the bare minimum. We had to ask the management to bring a coffee maker, working toaster, an extra pillow and blanket so the pullout had bedding and keys to the ski locker.; of which they brought promptly. There were 7 spoons and six forks and 8 plates and 7 bowls. The condo sleeps 8 and had we had 8 in our group we would of had the ask for additional silverware and bowls. the glassware was random also. Not sure if there were 8 glasses that matched as we used bottled water most of the time. The way it was we had to run the dishwasher after each meal thankfully they had plenty of dishwasher soap pods. Only 1 bathroom had a hair dryer which was attached to the wall which made it awkward to use. Mountain plaza is an amazing location along with the view of the slopes. We will stick to vrbo or Airbnb rentals next time.

Place is great. Couple things need fixed and probably should have been addressed before our rental. The shower in the double queen room drained very slow due to broken drain stopper. Sink in that same bath drips... other then that, nice place.

The only thing I would caution others...there was absolutely nothing in the pantry-only coffee filters and salt. I have stayed at many copper rentals over the past 10 years and there is always staples available: ketchup, salt and pepper, Saran Wrap and other items. This is the first place I stayed where all the cupboards were completely empty. Some may prefer that. Just a note to be aware especially considering the price!

My only 2 slight complaints were:1) took at least 15 mins for warm/hot water in the shower. Sometimes no hot water at all. 2) the washing machine, which was a huge perk on getting that room, did not work. Had to lug sopping wet clothes to the 5th floor laundry facility. That was most disappointing.
