FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME: The spa is always on and heated for your enjoyment. The pool is heated with natural gas and may be warmed for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Please submit requests and payment at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is ready at check-in.



All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.



For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance, used solely to monitor occupancy and for emergencies. No other cameras or recording devices are present on the property.



This property is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help ensure neighborhood peace. The device measures decibel levels only and does not record sounds or conversations, protecting your privacy while maintaining community standards.



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged to cover additional cleaning.
