Pool Therapy - NEW Pool Home

This fantastic former model and showhome is located on the sought after Mission Park gated Community. There are several golf courses in close proximity to the villa. This villa is fully licensed for short term rental and has a 24 hour local & friendly management team on hand should a problem arise. Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in this luxury villa for less than you think!


The Luxury 3 bed/2 bath villa sleeps up to 6 people. One King, one Queen and one twin bedroom make this home an above average accommodation for any large family. Located close to Disney and the other major attractions of the area, there is plenty of excitement to be had. For entertainment in the home, it has been equipped with WIFI, a Games Room with a Pool Table, a Foosball Table and a playstation 2 in the purpose built, fully air conditioned and heated games room. The pool area is fully screened & private with optional heating and sun deck. The home has a covered lanai for alfresco dining with patio furniture & sun Loungers. As you will see from the pictures, the home has been finished to the highest possible standard for the enjoyment of all our guests. All linens and towels are provided for the convenience of our guests.

The property has been designed as a real home away from home with all the facilities you would require; including, washer, dryer, ironing equipment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and everything else you would expect to make your vacation hassle free and provide you with that memorable vacation home.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
