Nestled right by the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, Powderwood is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown, this recently remodeled condo has 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably. Virtual Tour Available Upon Request.
The main living room has plenty of seating including a Queen sleeper/convertible sofa and a cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days or cool summer mountain evenings. There is a patio off the living room with seating and a BBQ.
The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and a detached full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to easily dine in. Make a delicious breakfast before heading out for the day, have lunch and snack items around and enjoy a delicious crockpot meal at the end of your day of fun or throw some burgers on the BBQ!

The free shuttle picks up near the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway.
The entire home is equipped with full heat, free WiFi, and Comcast cable TV. There is also a private in-home washer and dryer, ironing board, blow dryer and games.
The home has one reserved, covered parking space. There's also one parking pass for an additional vehicle in the first-come first-served parking. NO RV, boat, trailer or oversized vehicle (including sprinter vans) parking is permitted.
Along with the home, you’ll have access to the Powderwood community amenities with a hot tub (open all year), pool (open in summer only), lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, BBQ's and picnic area. Powderwood is adjacent to a paved walking/biking trail.
Powderwood Pines is dog-friendly, accommodating one small dog due to HOA rules. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $50 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved.
