🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY: Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. Due to liability, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.
Pool Temp: Heated pools may feel cold during cooler weather; no refunds provided for pool temperature.

We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party to protect your stay. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. The stay was wonderful dispite the unseasonably cold weather in Florida. The location was great. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, the beach, and sunsets which made everything easier. The amentities were an additional bonus.
