🌴 Belle Harbor – Luxury Living on Clearwater Beach 🌴

30-day minimum stay required. Bookings must be made at least 11 days prior to arrival due to Condo Association requirements. An application (required for approval) must be submitted at least 10 days before arrival. The $150 application fee (included in your booking rate) is non-refundable. The application must be printed, completed, and scanned back via email.

Maximum 6 guests, with the same occupants for the entire stay.

Located in the Mediterranean-style Belle Harbor community, Unit 304 in the Windsong Building offers upscale coastal living less than one mile from popular Pier 60. Enjoy Clearwater Beach’s world-famous white sand, waterfront dining, shopping, and nightly sunset festivities.

Please note: Heated pools may feel cold during cooler weather. No refunds will be given due to pool temperature.

Starter Essentials Provided

To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap, dishwasher pod & sponge
Trash bags (starter supply)
Laundry sheets (starter supply)
Ground coffee or coffee pods

One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per guest (based on maximum occupancy) is included. Supplies are not replenished; washer/dryer is in the unit. We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tissues, spices, oils, coffee filters, cream/sugar, or foil.

Important Policies:
One guest must be 25+
Only documented service animals permitted
The person paying must be added to the reservation and e-sign the rental agreement
Check-in after 4PM (early check-in may be offered day-of for $50 if available)
Mail delivery not permitted

Strict 60-day no-refund policy. No refunds for cancellations due to weather, hurricanes (June 1–Nov 30), red tide, health conditions, travel disruptions, or amenity closures. Approved date changes (if allowed) incur a $50 fee plus any rate difference. Travel insurance — especially CFAR coverage — is strongly recommended.

Please be aware that hurricanes or unforeseen events may result in temporary closures of beaches, roads, pools, Wi-Fi, elevators, or local businesses. No refunds, date changes, or compensation will be provided.
