Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, a fantastic beachfront vacation destination in paradise! With its location in the quieter northern end of Estero Island, this two-bedroom, two-bath fifth-floor gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is an easy 15-20 minute walk or short trolley ride to Times Square. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs with a privacy fence surrounding it. Its proximity to the Matanza Pass Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to ensure a smooth arrival. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. Additionally, there are three beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use in the unit. The pool was resurfaced August 2025.
Entry is via elevator to the fifth floor and then into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, and bathrooms, dining and living room areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has architectural tray ceilings and everything necessary to create full-course meals should that be on your list, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Just bring the food! There is plenty of granite counter space. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating six, which then flows into the nicely furnished living area with a sofa, end tables and lamps, a coffee table, and two side chairs. Opposite the seating area is a credenza which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony with a table seating four, a chaise lounge, and another side chair. You will be swept away by the expansive views of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this fifth-floor vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. There is nothing better than watching the sunsets from the lanai!
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps and an armoire with three drawers at the bottom and the top opens up to a flat-screen TV. There are sliding glass doors from this bedroom out to the previously described balcony, and the windows in this bedroom also offer an extensive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a closet, a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, and a full wall mirror. Through a pocket door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds with nightstands and lamps, ample closet space, and a tall double dresser with a flat-screen TV. The view from this bedroom looks out over the front of the resort and all the boating activity on the back bay.
