This two-bedroom, two-bath fifth floor above ground level, corner gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but in a tropical setting. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout, linens and towels are provided and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the fifth floor and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout but with wood flooring in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of granite counter space with a backsplash. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating five. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching side chair, an electric recliner, and a coffee table. Opposite the sitting area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and four chairs. The view from this fifth-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an armoire with three drawers and a flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a granite-top vanity with a lavatory, wall mirror storage space beneath, and ample closet space. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, a commode, and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds with a nightstand and lamp, a double dresser with flat screen TV above, and ample closet space.
