Surfer's Beach House - 200m WALK TO THE BEACH

Located a short stroll to the popular beaches of Mullawarra and Arrawarra, this 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for your family getaway or summer surf trip. Sit back and relax on the front deck after your day at the beach or make use of the BBQ and large back yard (unfenced). The holiday house is cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fan in the lounge area and also offers a full kitchen including dishwasher.
Laundry with front loader washing machine.
Features: Under a 200 metres walk to beach, 3 light and airy bedrooms, front deck, large unfenced back yard.
Arrawarra Headland is a tiny surfing village where you’re certain to catch the perfect wave. Take a stroll along the pristine shoreline which is patrolled during the summer months. The CBD of Woolgoolga is a short 8km (approx.) drive with all the necessities, specialty shops, cafe’s, restaurants and a supermarket. Take the easy highway cruise to Coffs Harbour just 30km’s (approx.) away for major shopping.

Great location near Arrawarra beach. Comfortable and well looked after and felt just like a grandparents holiday home. Easy check in and out and some pantry staples, board games etc.

Great communication with host. Property was clean upon arrival. Quiet area and right across from the beach. Loved hearing the ocean as we drifted off to sleep. Town centre only 8-10 minutes away and petrol station just a few minutes away as well.

Wonderful grandmas beach house

We loved it here. We know the area, and it was great to find a simple and clean older style house a walk from the headland. We will definitely book here again.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

It was the perfect place for 2-3 couples to go away for a relaxing weekend that could also have been filled with walks, runs, beach swims, stand-up paddle boarding and bike riding.

Beach Stay

A wonderful family home for a vacation surf and sand. Warm and cozy. East facing invites the morning sun into the living room and 2 of the larger bedrooms. Nice size bathroom with large shower cubicle. Well equipped kitchen.

The perfect old fashioned beach house.

fabulous location, quiet, easy walk to beach and plenty of parking for the trailer with surfboards and bikes. House has everything required for a comfortable stay. Thoughtful extras of condiments/ coffee maker/ games etc. Ideal set up for a family of 5 (3 teenagers).

Great location

Grandma’s house is old but cosy. Nice fabric on couches. The TV & WIFI were easy to use. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Full size fridge was much appreciated. The location is amazing. Very close to several beaches and walks. Neighbourhood was quiet. Excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Basic house in great location

The house is a bit old but that’s is visible on the photos. The cleanliness of the house was good apart from the floors, they were in need of a sweep and mop. The queen bed was squeeky which disturbed our sleep a bit. The pantry was well stocked with tea, coffee pods, oil, vinegar, spices etc, complimentary jams in the fridge. . Plenty of dishes and cookware. As well as phone charges. There were some games and Wii available. All on all we had good stay with great weather and surf conditions, house was comfortable minus the small issues listed as above. The location is the main asset of the house with easy walking access to sevaral beaches.
