The kitchen has a digital induction stove where you can cook, a microwave oven, rice cooker and electric kettle. A washing machine is also available for you.

How to get there

BEAUTIFUL LOFT TYPE is located at the very center of Cebu along Osmeña Boulevard. 200 meters from Fuente Osmeña Circle, which is the most famous landmark of the area. From Mactan-Cebu International Airport, which is 9 kilometers away, you'll just have to sit back and relax for a 30-minute ride. For bigger groups, an airport shuttle is also available upon request. From Colon Street, which is the most accessible area to most places in the city and is 1.4 kilometers from the property, you just need 1 jeepney ride to arrive at the location. For guests with private vehicles, parking is available on site. Airport: Mactan-Cebu International Airport: 5.8 miles.

Due to health and general well-being concerns, we have a strict non-smoking policy in the condo. However, it's allowed to smoke on the balcony.
Smoking in the apartment is a serious violation and will carry a penalty of up to USD 500.
