Beautifully furnished 4 bedroom home in Mesquite, home has recent remodel new interior, exterior, and landscaping.

Quiet, clean, and upscale. Please read all my reviews and you will get the idea of how nice your experience will be.

Centrally located in Mesquite. Home feature: granite counter tops, custom cabinets, new appliances, and tile floors with area rugs.

Why stay in a hotel, when you can rent an upscale 4 bedroom home, with a large furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, Park your vehicles in a garage, beautiful private back yard with large covered patio. Enjoy the patio with the glass patio table with 6 padded chairs, BBQ, and a patio sectional seating to enjoy the gorgeous palm and pine trees of a very nice landscaped yard.

Home has Wifi, large screen HDTV with surround sound, DVD and Satellite TVs. Purified water system. 2 King & 2 Queen beds in the 4 bedrooms. Relax and enjoy, this home with all the comforts of a home, this is a fantastic way to travel. Centrally located and close to 8 golf courses in mesquite, just a 3-10 minute drive to each. I am an avid golfer and can help you with golf reviews of the courses and provide you with local knowledge about the courses in Mesquite and St. George.

This a home, not a condo, with no one above, below, or sharing a wall with you. The home is very private, quiet and no stairs. Park your vehicles in the garage for added security. kitchen also is stocked with spices and condiments, and everything you want in a kitchen.

1 night rentals okay if booking is within 7 days of stay. Weekend rentals require a 3 night minimum in most cases, and a 4 night minimum for Oct., Nov, Feb., March, April and some Holidays. If one of the weekend nights is taken, then I will rent for 2-3 nights on a weekend or if request is made within 2-3 weeks prior to stay.

Great place to stay for a Mesquite Golf Trip. Perfect location to all of the local courses and dining options. Four nice spacious bedrooms, comfortable living areas and garage use. Easy, keyless check in and check out. Bret, the super host, immediately responded to any questions we had. I would definitely stay there for any golf trips planned for the Mesquite area.

We enjoyed this house as a great place for a foursome of old friends to stay for a week of great golf in Mesquite. Brett was a helpful host very knowledgeable about golf in the area. I’d highly recommend this 4 bedroom golf house.
