First floor end unit condo right on the bay side canal on a quiet cul-de-sac in North OC! Recently renovated! Two spacious bedrooms 2 full bathrooms brand new kitchen well equipped. Keurig and regular coffee makers plenty of pots/pans/utensils/dishes. Great relaxing private deck overlooking the canal. Full size washer / dryer. Bring your fishing poles paddleboards kayaks. Launch right from the dock. Wi-Fi and basic cable included. Services within walking distance - restaurants grocery store adult beverage store. One assigned parking spot and plenty of free street parking. Enjoy your Stay at Newport Bay!

Overall a nice stay!

While the unit wasn't the cleanest and had a musty smell, we enjoyed the large end unit on the canal! Nice location and friendly neighbors.

Great location, beautiful Condo

The condo was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed. Comfortable beds and couches and the view of the channel from the balcony was gorgeous.

Great place

At the end of a quiet street. Easy access to beach but you do have to cross the major highway to get to beach access. Loved the deck and quiet dock waters (bay) it overlooked. Great size; spacious and clean.

Ok Stay

The front deck was great! The unit ok. It has a terrible musty/moldy smell which was carried home with all our clothing. Ants in kitchen by table. Beds hard to make. Got the linen package. We had to make the beds!! The front deck saved the visit. Location was handy.

Overall it was a nice stay

We had a nice vacation and enjoyed the property. There are a couple items I'd like to note. 1 - The drip coffee maker did not pump water through. Could be that I didn't understand it? 2 - The A/C unit froze over, but after turning it off for 2 hours it worked fine. I did notice the outside unit is very small and old compared to the other units and will most likely need replaced in the near future. 3 - The information stamp on the envelop had the wifi password including the word "huskey" however we determined from instructions on the refrigerator that it is spelled husky without the "e" 4 - The internet is very slow which affected out devices and caused issues with the main TV. It was not a pleasant experience and the TV locked up and froze many times. Also the TV would search for signal every couple of minutes which was frustrating. I suggest having comcast look at it..
