2 BR Waterfront Condo w/ pool! 1st floor, Patio, W/D, 10-min walk to the beach
Welcome to my tranquil 2 Bed, 2 Bath waterfront condo in Heron Harbour Isle situated on a wide canal with stunning water views from every room!
It features two master bedrooms (queen sized beds) with ensuite full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free in-unit laundry, smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and a spacious living room with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. Enjoy yourself on the oversized outdoor patio with amazing water views and take advantage of the outdoor pool just steps away. My condo is the perfect vacation destination, only a 10-minute walk to the beach, a 23-minute walk to Northside Park, and a 7-minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store.
There is free onsite parking for 2 cars (The HOA does not allow trailer parking).
There is contactless entry for this unit; guests will be provided a unique access code. For guest safety, I do not re-use codes.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
• Check-out is at 10am.
• Clean, wash, and dry all dishes, and return to cabinets.
• Pile all used towels, on the floor, by the washing machine.
• Strip the sheets/pillowcases and leave on the bed.
• Place all trash in outside bins. They are located outside the unit, to the left.
• Please send me a message when you have completed check-out
