On the main floor, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow together—perfect for gathering, cooking, and lounging. Just down the hall, sink into a cozy queen bed, with a full bathroom nearby for ease and comfort.

Wander upstairs to two uniquely styled queen bedrooms, each bursting with personality and texture. A twin-size futon in a tucked-away landing nook offers a peaceful perch for reading or resting. A second full bathroom adds flexibility for your group.

Head down to the basement and let the energy shift—laugh around the foosball table, aim darts, or sprawl out for a movie night. There’s space for kids to play freely and adults to kick back. Slide open the door to the side deck for a sizzling BBQ or settle into the backyard dining area to toast under the stars.

This was the perfect spot to be in Leavenworth. You can walk to the downtown area and not have to worry about parking. Safeway wasn’t a far drive either. We loved all the artwork in the house. I love the island and the map on it.

The house was perfect for a reunion with friends - comfortable in all respects and well stocked. One of the reasons we chose it was its proximity/easy walk to downtown. We were very pleased to be able to reunite in this lovely and memorable location!

Best Vacation Rental in Town

This trip was everything we hoped it would be, and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. Very clean home with plenty of supplies, close to town and the River Front park, and tons of space to comfortably sleep 9 adults. We all had a blast and would love to come back again!

Nice place, great location!

The place is great and the location is super convenient to downtown. They did accommodate our early check in request, but didn’t let us know until the day of. Communication was fairly good, with replies coming reasonably quick. The place is pretty, with all the artwork and furnishings. Only negative is the quality of the beds and couch. They look nice but aren’t very comfortable. The futons are for a child not an adult. The kitchen has the basics, and was adequate for our needs.

Excellent Experience

The location was perfect. We were less than a block from Waterfront Park, 2 blocks from the downtown shopping area and a short distance to Dan's (a cute local grocery store).The house was spacious and darling. The owners are artists that have done murals on the house walls and also all over town. It was nice to have the unfinished basement for Foosball and TV and there was lots of seating in the dining area.The whole process was seamless from making the reservation to checking in and out. Any questions we had were answered immediately.Most importantly, it was a scent free house so my asthma wasn't triggered.

Spacious house with great location

We loved staying at the art house. The house looks small from outside, but once we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the house was and felt quite large once inside. The interior of the house was beautifully decorated with fun art and wall paintings which made our stay there so much more fun. The house was clean and check-in check out process was a breeze. Beds were comfortable and the dart board and foosball table in the basement entertained the kids for hours. The house is less than 5 min walk from the Main Street. Overall, we had an amazing time and enjoyed staying at the house. The only issue that came up was that the living room couch's pull out bed was broken , so one of the adults ended up sleeping on the couch. The house did have an inflatable mattress available to use instead , but we didn't have to use it as the couch was comfortable for one person to sleep on. We will definitely choose this location again for our next stay!

Not what it seems

This listing is not what it seems. There were a few issues in the house. First, the house was not clean when we arrived and we ended up cleaning it as a part of our first night of staing there. There were stains on the covers, dirt on the floor, hairs on the towels, house had a foul smell, a clogged sink, etc... There is a long list. Secondly, they state this house is newly renovated. It is not. They definitely did do some painting and some upgrades but it is not a fully renovated house. There is paint chipping all over the place, the floors were worn down, and most of the furniture is older and outdated. The photos on the website paint a different picture than the reality of the stay. At the price, it was not worth it and it ended up ruining our stay in this town. I would not advise to rent this house unless you get a good deal and have a tolerance for the things I stated.

Amazing property all across the board! Excellent, helpful, responsive hosts. Beautiful, clean, well-stocked property. And the perfect location. We didn’t even use our car other than to go to a grocery store on our first day. Walking distance to all the great shops and restaurants.
