Family Vacation Favorite!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one tops our list. This property was exactly as advertised! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were outstanding in size and cleanliness! The pool and surrounding deck were perfect for hours of family fun! Great communication during our two week stay!!

Amazing Experience

Everything from the booking of this property to the checkout was amazing! Beautiful home inside and out. It was clean, spacious, comfy, and well stocked with every amenity you would have at your own home. The decor was exceptional! Liked that the owner checked in with us upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. Certainly one of the best places we ever stayed at!

beautiful home

We enjoyed this home almost more than our own. the only problems we encountered were no safety rail on the pool and few hand guard rails in the showers. I am 80 and sometimes I need those. My family enjoyed every inch! especially the chance to exercise bin the garage. The girls liked the large washers. We all enjoyed fresh bananas every day. It is very clean, decorated to an artist delight.I don't think the owner left anything out.

Could have been better

The property management was non-existent. When I arrived at the property I had to call to get the access number to get in the front door. No one reached out to me to see how my stay was going. I've stayed at other VRBOs and I always had a contact name/person to chat with. One of the workers I was with left his iPods behind on accident and I and him have emailed/texted several times and no one has responded yet. Sorry, the Evolve management team is simply terrible.

Owner is rude and has no follow through we were not promised what we paid for want a call manager.

Before leaving for trip for 2 weeks I was sending emails leaving messages for contact person listed at VRBO to ask if the pool was heated and if we could check in 2 hours early. It took a call to management at VRBO for owner to call us back. She told us pool would be heated. We arrived Sunday and pool temp was 72. We thought we would wait to see if Mon. temp would rise and by 3pm only 74. We tried calling to housekeeper and owner for a couple of hours and no one answered. We also needed to inform them we also had since internet since 8am. Which was a big issues since I needed to be able to access work emails and I had to leave the house to do the multiple times. When I finally got a text owner said she sent housekeeper to house which she entered while we were out and said we did something to WiFi and pool heater which couldn’t be further from the truth. Not once did she apologize for these inconveniences and for 24 more hours told us the pool heater was working temp never got above 74. Late Tues my husband was sitting outside and heard someone at the heater again never telling us anyone would be at the house. My husband said he was a friend looking at heater he messed with some things and finally later temp moved a couple of degrees. Again tried to text/call and was told heater is only on from 10a-8p because of noise ordinance which is from 10p-7a. So pool would never stay warm. Finally on Wed late the temp reached 80 our last day. We only got about 4 hours the entire trip

Stayed for Ft Myers Baseball Tournament

House was so clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The pool and lanai was a perfect spot to relax, swim, watch tv and play giant Connect 4. Only 15-25 minutes from all the various ballfields (Twins/ JetBlue/ etc).

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! Very close to restaurants and the grocery store. The pool was a hit with everyone.
