Maybe we just had bad luck…..needs TLC

Location, swing set and treehouse were awesome!I totally understand not having AC in this house—but there was only one fan in the entire house. The two bedrooms upstairs stayed too warm, and fans would have helped. When we arrived the water in the hot tub was green and stinky. We didn’t check until Day 2, and the hot tub people came to fix it on Day 3. Day 3 and 4 the hot tub heated the water, so we only had the hot tub our last night. Seems like the water quality should be more carefully monitored!The dryer did not work and no one was able to come to fix it, so we could not do laundry as planned. The downstairs bathroom has zero counter space and no shelves at all. We had to bring in a bar stool to get counter space. Also, there are hooks for towels, but they never dried out between showers like they would have on a towel bar. And the only space for toiletries in the shower is a wall-mounted shelf…the size of a bar of soap. :) It’s a small shower, too, and the water somehow runs out through the door and puddles on the floor. (Management was informed.)When we arrived, the pits and pans were so greasy I ran them through the dishwasher. Ew. Also, the cabinets at the stove had a nice selection of spices and some oil—but also were crammed with previous guests’ leftover food! Boxes of pasta, cans of soup, many bottles of fake maple syrup, boxes of flour, etc. Also, the bottom arm of the dishwasher is not connected.

Excellent spring ski trip!

We loved our stay in this home. The house had everything we needed and the drive to town was short and convenient. The weather allowed for beautiful ski days and returning to the peaceful neighborhood and super comfortable beds was a bonus! Great place!!!

Neat property located near Breckenridge

This property provided great space for a medium sized group of friends (5) and would be able to accommodate more. If you are visiting to ski Breck and its a holiday or good snow day you will want to leave early or else the parking in town becomes sparse. Only critique was the cabin was dirty in many visible places. We would stay at the property again.

Delightful Mountain Retreat

My family and I had a great time! Everything was perfect! The property was clean and the homeowner was very attentive to any questions we had. He allowed us an early check in which was great! We were able to beat the I70 traffic and get to the property in good time to settle in before my family arrived.The game room was a fun aspect, especially with all the snow that was present.The property is a short drive into town and the slopes. It made it easy to go back and forth as we pleased.Overall, great property! We look forward to staying again in the near future. Thank you!

Christmas getaway

Our Christmas getaway at the Vrbo house in Breckenridge was truly memorable. The location was ideal, offering close proximity to the charming town and its snowy landscapes, which made for a picturesque holiday setting. The house itself was well-equipped, with a nicely stocked kitchen that made cooking for the entire family a breeze. Having a grill as an added bonus was perfect for preparing festive meals. The treehouse is just adorable and the hot tub was used nightly even when the snow was falling. Experiencing a white Christmas in such a beautiful setting was a dream come true, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fabulous experience that we would love to repeat.

Breckenridge Ski trip

Winter wonderland!

The property was older than I expected, but it was very well-kept and made for a cozy couple of days in the snow! The driveway was cleared before we arrived, and again after it snowed. The fireplace kept the chill away. The hot tub was the perfect temperature for relaxing in the winter wonderland. Thanks!

Fairytale Cabin house

Breathtaking views 😍 and accurate on listing. No issues whatsoever and exceeded my expectations. I Loved the fairytale cabin house surrounded with snow and the hot tub. It was a dream come true.

Peace in the Mountains

This Blue River cabin was just perfect for our recent visit to Breckenridge. Great location not far from the main hotspots in Breckenridge, but far enough away that we felt like we truly were in a mountain cabin instead of a busy ski village packed with people. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated and large enough to have seating to gather for family dinners and all round relaxing. Beds were large and very comfortable, and bathrooms had all the essentials with plenty of linens. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be close enough to central Breckenridge (which was less than an 8 minute drive), but far enough away that you can really appreciate a more peaceful mountain vacation.

Ski weekend/30th birthday celebration

Our stay was amazing!! The house is beautiful and very clean. It has all the amenities you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Getting into tho jacuzzi after a long day of skiing was the best! Scott was quick to respond to all of our questions. We would highly recommend this house for any vacation!

Cozy place in the beautiful trees!

Cozy and quaint home to stay in during our break hiking in Colorado with our little family! The treehouse was a hit with the children. It snowed while we were there, and the hot tub was just perfect to gaze at the stars and get some rejuvenating time. The upstairs shower was nice and had a great feature of two shower heads. The kids liked the game room. Beds were comfy and bunkbeds kept the children sleeping soundly! We utilized the Traeger, and the steaks and salmon came out tasting fabulous! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a quiet neighborhood close to Breckenridge and other hiking trails.
