AMAZING VIEWS OF THE GOLF COURSE AND LAKE! This home features 3 bedroom plus den, 2 baths. The home has volume ceilings, open bright floor plan tasteful modern coastal design and furnishing. Enjoy the open concept of the home with 2 full size sofas and a wall mounted flat screen TV The kitchen overlooks the living room with a separate dining area as well as bar stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom boasts a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub to relax in after a long day at the beach. The guest bedrooms have a Queen bed and 2 sets of bunk bed respectively. Step outside to the pool area and you can have dinner al fresco or relax on the comfy seating area pool side. There are two chaise lounge chairs to relax on and there is also a BBQ grill for those grilling enthusiasts. Float around in the heated salt water pool while enjoying the views of the golf course.

Lovely Home

Beautiful house

The house is bright and clean! Very private and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for adults to relax and kids to have fun! We loved the house and enjoyed our stay!

The property is in very good location and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. The kids loved the pool. Everyone at the management company were nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Marco Island 2024

Beautiful clean and spacious house. Everything you need for the beach, lots of towels, toys, beach chairs & umbrellas. All kinds of cooking pots/pans, dishes, utensils. Excellent pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay on Marco!

The house is beautiful and despite being a little further from the beaches, we were still near grocery stores and shopping. The property was beautiful and clean and the pool was a lot of fun for the kids. We did have a few issues that we contacted property management and although they were prompt to send someone out, we still missed out on a few things that needed addressing like the broken cable box in the kids room and no locks on the master bathroom (no biggie though). I would also say that the kitchen was well stocked for a small family, but we ended up needing to wash dishes quite frequently. Overall the property was great and the neighborhood was super quiet. We had a great time and I would recommend this location.

Perfekt!

Der Aufenthalt im Haus - das wirklich sehr geräumig ist und in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend liegt - war einfach phantastisch. Marco Island ist auch wunderschön und der Strand liegt etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Ist aber kein Problem - es hat viele Parkplätze und ansonsten ist der Pool ja auch noch da :-)

Mostly good, but some problems

This property is a very beautiful home, located in a very quiet neighborhood, great landscaping and view of the golf course. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was mostly clean. Bathroom with access to the outside was great and pool was clean and wonderful. Upon walking into the property, we tried to close the laundry closet door as it sticks out in the hallway, and it came down off the top track almost hitting my 3 year old. A cord to one of the shades was broken and laying on the ground - trip and choking hazard for kids. One of the wicker rockers was staged as usable. Upon sitting on said rocker, my 3 year old fell through the back of it landing on his head. The back pillow was covering the fact that the entire back was broken. Master bathroom sinks had toothpaste spray all over the faucets from previous guest. I sent an email to make the management company aware of broken things so we weren’t held responsible. They sent their maintenance person out and he was beyond kind and great to talk to but wasn’t able to fix much of it while we were there. The final issue was in a high traffic area, a piece of the flooring broke off into my foot. Day 3 and my entire trip was ruined. No pool, beach or even sun due to the antibiotics I was put on. Traveled across the country with 4 kids, one being an infant, for a ruined trip. I called to inform the management company, and while kind, did not even give so much as an “I’m sorry that happened”. Maintenance man came out but again - the fix was something he was not able to do with occupants there as an epoxy would need time to cure. Upon closer look at the floors, there are many spots that pose a possible risk to happening to someone else. I called the office regarding a refund and was told it’d be up to the owners and I’d get a call back. Called again after returning home because there was never a follow up call. This time they said the manager had been out for 10 days with Covid. A week later and still no word from them. I can’t help but think if I had just chosen a different property, I wouldn’t still be in pain 3 weeks later and still following up with doctors to get the flooring out of my foot.

Family vacation

This house is in very convenient location with a beautiful view of the golf course. We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated and very clean house. Very comfortable new beds in every bedroom. We all enjoyed the heated pool and our granddaughter especially from the time she got up in the morning till the evening. If you are looking for peaceful family vacation this is the place and if you don’t feel like cooking in spacious kitchen (grocery store is 5 minutes from the house) there are many great restaurants in the area. Make reservations ahead.
