Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras
There is a security camera on the northwest corner of the house aimed at the driveway and street. Camera monitors the driveway and walkway to the front door. It only shows someone approaching the front door.
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.Located in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, this Ocean Drive vacation home, My Beach House, will create the perfect vacation scenario for you and your family. This charming home will more than accommodate a small family or group. This two-story rental has two and one-half bathrooms and three bedrooms. You are also only a 5-minute walk to the white sandy beaches.Are you interested in creating the perfect family atmosphere? The perfect pre-beach BBQ will surely make a lasting impression and memory for any visitor to North Myrtle Beach. My Beach House comes with an updated full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a grill to make this happen. CHECK IN DATE Units rent from SATURDAY to SATURDAY and others from SUNDAY to SUNDAY, June-August. Please note in the unit description the days each unit is rented. For reservations less than a week during June - August, please call 5 days prior to the arrival date. September to May there is a minimum number of nights stay and arrival/departure days may vary for this period depending upon company policy and individual property restrictions.
