This 4 bedroom beach house is perfect for families or groups of friends that love the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach. Just stay here and all of the excitement and relaxation are just steps from your home. This house can sleep up to 14 people. It has A full kitchen, washer/dryer, Living room and a large deck. It's location is perfect for exploring the famous Ocean Drive section with all the attractions, and best of all is that the beach is right across the street. You will love this beach cottage! Shabby Chic and in the heart of Ocean Drive! Why would you want to pack the car up each day for the beach, drive a few blocks from your vacation home, look for an empty spot at beach access & pay to park?? Avoid the hassle and "Just" stay with us where you can park your cars for free & WALK a short half a block to the ocean or to Ocean Drive!

We do rent to student groups. PRICING LISTED IS FOR FAMILIES ONLY. If you are a student group (not a family), send an inquiry so we can match you with the proper unit to sleep your group and work with you on pricing. We will be happy to discuss the reasons why student group pricing is different than family pricing.

Everyone asks why we do we not provide linens? The answer is simple we would rather offer YOU our valued customers lower rates to allow you and your loved ones more fun money :) Instead of adding random admin fees and laundry we "just" pass the savings right on to you! We are more than happy to rent them to you $25 a bed. Please let me know 30 days prior to check in if you would like to do so.

After booking a signed rental agreement and pic of ID are required to be emailed to us within 7 days of booking. Once received I will email all the important info and your unique key pad door code. This code will be emailed to you after you book along with all the helpful info. Property owners require the image of rental agreement & ID to be sent back within 7 days of booking. I will send it to you as a pdf right after booking :)

We utilize an electronic key pad so you will go straight to your house. Check in is 4PM Check out is 11AM. All of the properties are professionally sanitized and need time to dry.

Groups consisting of primary booker under the age of 21, will be required to email a parent signed responsibility form and pic of parents ID.

Accidental Damage insurance is required $59 and cleaning fee which are already included in your inquiry price :) cleaning fee includes washing the bedding/spreads/mattress covers/pillow covers, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms and counting kitchen inventory/making sure it’s clean, and putting away clean dishes

Here is "just" a little more additional info based off of recent reviews we have received:

The property is sprayed once a month by an exterminator, you will see palmettos because they come in on people, beach chairs, towels and anything/anyone who has come from outside.

Maintenance Dept. is available from 10AM-5PM and I will provide you their number with a list of Emergency after hour vs non Emergency scenarios after you book.

Awesome location!!!!! Great stay with a great price. Don’t really understand some of the bad reviews. You don’t get brand new for this price!!! Cleaning crew did a great job preparing the house for us. They were there working diligently right up until our check in time. Hats off to them-THANK YOU!!!!

2023 Beach Vacay

The house was bigger and had more space than the post shows. It was very homey and plenty of room for our huge family. They had beach chairs, towels and any thing you needed to make meals. We only had to walk straight down the road about 2 minutes to get to the beach. I would recommend the cleaning crew be a little more thorough when cleaning for the next group to check in. All in all it was a wonderful experience

Our time here was relaxing. There was plenty to do to stay occupied. It was peaceful at night as well. The only unfortunate thing that happened was when a couple was passing by, coming from a local bar, and the lady decided to do her business behind the shed while our kids were outside playing. My brother confronted them about how disrespectful they were being and ran them off. Other than that all was good.

Top-notch location!

We decided to have a family get-together in Myrtle Beach and were glad to find this home that easily accommodated all 14 of us. It was pleasantly clean and better than expected. The location is top notch! Right next to the beach- All we had to do was cross the street and the bridge to the sand was right there! Very convenient for family members who wanted to hang out at the water, or go back to the house to nap or eat at their leisure. Our whole stay, everyone in our family kept praising the convenient location. Only caveat- bring earplugs to sleep at night. There is a bar right behind that plays loud music into the night. We turned up the humidifier fan to drown out the noise. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here for another get-together.

Grass not cut poison Ivy roaches in house Smell cigarettes on the yard u charge all that money to stay in a poor house I would never stay there again and ill trll anyone that plays AAU and have to stay there don’t cause nasty all hell

The host for this property was extremely nice. They found a beach wheelchair for us to use the entire week. Allowed us to use a pool at a nearby property that was not completely booked. Showed us a property that we can book in the future. The house itself was a bit dated. The bathrooms were small and most of my family had to bend down to wash their hair in the shower. The bar behind the house is open to 2 am every night so bring a fan or sound machine something to help drown out the noise. The ac works well. The beds only have a thin spring mattress on them. We purchased a foam cover to make them softer. I brought a small pod coffee maker they have the old style coffee pot. We loved the toaster that did bagels as well as toast. No dishwasher so prepare to wash dishes. The front porch is fabulous. The umbrellas along with the breeze gave us a perfect place to hang out and talk. We loved how close it was to everything. Overall the location, the space and the friendliness of the host outweigh the noise and few small problems of the house.

July Vacation

Location is fantastic and close to everything!!! The bar directly behind the house is loud and bright until 2am or so every night. And the neighborhood lights themselves in parking areas etc also very bright. No curtains in the windows so getting sleep was rough. The house had plenty of space for all 11 of us. The front deck is old and some of the planks are raised and or the gap between them is wide,posing a tripping hazard. This happened a few times during our stay. Overall the location couldn't get better and would stay again. There was left over hair on the shower walls in the downstairs bathroom off of the kitchen, floors especially the staircase were not swept very well upon arrival. Communication from the property manager was timely.

Location and driveway are perfect for big families or for the trailer and motorcycles. House was clean and plenty of sleeping arrangement options. Front porch is nice to sit out under the umbrellas and enjoy the weather. Definitely recommend and plan to rebook.

Property review

The property is located in a nice location near the beach, the property is okay inside, the price is reasonable. However, there were some few big roaches that need to be taken care of, the beds need to be upgraded, dining table, better TV set(2 no) and Serious cleaning need to be done both inside and in the compound. That would make the property an ideal vacation of choice in my opinion. Otherwise the response to the needs were quick and easy. I would book again if those few improvements are made and shown on clearly booking site. Thanks

ideal location

older beach house in ideal location. Suited our needs well. The internet was out so they hooked us up to a nearby network of another one of their rentals. Very helpful since we had people with us that were working from home. We had a large group and it was plenty of space. Things to bring: sheets, blankets, pillowcases, soap for bathroom and kitchen, handtowels, bath towels, beach towels, any paper products like tp or paper towels. Extra blankets were helpful. It did get rather warm downstairs when we were drying a lot of things in the dryer. So, just keep those doors closed. Just FYI to the owners, their fridge is probably on its last leg. We of course had lots of things in it, but over the course of four days our freezie pops wouldn't freeze even after turning the temp of the freezer up. I'd recommend this for a quick walk to the beach with kids.

Mr. Baldwin’s primary business is Myrtle Beach Tours, a student beach vacation company based in Ocean Drive, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; founded in 1988. The student vacation business has thrived with enrollments of over 7000 students for the past two years. His business is a market leader.
