Downtown Fruita Location! Come experience the small town, mountain bike, community of Fruita, CO. Walk to nearby local favorites such as, Hot Tomato, Camilla's Cafe, and Copper Club Brewery. Bring your bike and explore the many trails Fruita has to offer. With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling. Free Shared Laundry Room. Shared non fenced grass area for pups. Private entrance into unit. Private, In Unit, Bike storage!

Pets welcome with an additional $20/night pet fee, 2 pet MAX. Instructions on how to pay the pet fee will be in your inbox and welcome letter.

WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS DUE TO ISSUE WITH LOCALS RENTING TO PARTY. If you are local and renting for out of town family please let us know. If you instant book and are a local, your reservation will be cancelled.

The property managers’ communication and flexibility was nothing short of amazing. Our VRBO was so clean/modern and has some history to it which was so cool. We had a great stay!

Lovely Space

Nicely remodeled vintage space, safe space to store our babies (bikes) overnight. Well stocked kitchen, nice BBQ out back. Easy walk to everything Fruita. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect location for adventures in Colorado National Monument

This property worked wonderfully for our needs as hikers and mountain bikers. at all the amenities at home. The location to nearby restaurants and coffee shops in Fruita was also a plus.

Convenient to everything, clean and well-appointed

Perfect location for enjoying the 18 Road trails and downtown as well as a base for trips to Grand Junction. Very neat former hotel with lots of old world charm and character. Unit is well-appointed, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. The bike storage rack is a big plus. Communication with Rebecca was timely. Will stay here again and recommend to friends whether they ride or not.

Quick Stop

We stopped after driving from AZ to CO. Unit 1 was clean and cozy. The location is a block from good restaurants. When booking, I was unaware it was an apartment-style, but this may have been my mistake as the pictures are of a house. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well. We will stay again.

What a Gem!

So glad we found this place! Traveling with pets can be tricky. This was awesome. So much better than a hotel. We have family in the area but because of our dogs, we couldn’t stay with them. This place is so nice, we may stay here with the dogs! The apartment was furnished with everything we needed.

Bike trip

Perfect place to stay for a biking weekend. Storage for the bikes, hose to was off bikes and even had rags to use for cleaning off the bikes. We would absolutely stay here again.
