A stay in Victoria would not be complete without an experience at FIFTEEN 09 at ERA. A breeze to locate via land, sea or air, it provides incredibly quiet accommodation given its epicentre location and 15th Floor views.

ERA is the Landmark building located just off the corner of the Yates and Douglas corridors, both renowned for their proliferation of fine food, beverage and retail outlets. From here, the areas of North Park, Hudson District, Chinatown, Oldtown, LOJO, the inner harbour and Downtown are within a stroll of less than 10 minutes. The unit itself is a bastion of comfort and calm. It’s uber clean, comfortable and packed with the requisite accoutrements of a very memorable stay. Meal preparation is a snap with a skillfully equipped kitchen so dinners can be enjoyed along with the evening views that offer a visual smorgasbord of the following days activities.

The apartment was amazing with a breathtaking view, very clean and well-stocked with everything we need. Also it was well located close to downtown, restaurants and groceries.The check-in and check-out was very easy, the best we had, and Yanmin was a great host always helpful and quick at responding to any question. Excellent Victoria getaway

Host was professional and made the check in/out process easy. Suite has great views of the inner harbour. Excellent location with walking access to all of Victoria’s downtown amenities.

Awesome Location

The condo is centrally located and very walkable to the wharf and many restaurants. If you’re driving it is easy to get to 17 and head north. Definitely will be back!

Downtown bliss

This is a fabulous, comfortable, well appointed condo. The location is unbeatable, we walked all over downtown Victoria. The free underground parking is priceless. The beds and linens are wonderful. Nothing missing in this great vacation rental and Yanmin is great!

Exceptional Rental

We enjoyed every minute of our six night stay at this beautiful property. Our host was lovely and accessible. Perfect

Our second time staying here while visiting family in Victoria. The condo is spotless and comfortable & very safe, and full of character. The view is spectacular. We miss Fol Epi, the bakery that used to be downstairs, but our adult son said the new place had good food also. Thanks and hope to stay here again next time.

We had stayed in Victoria on numerous occasion The ERA condo provided a superior condo within a short walking distance of shops, restaurant's, theatre & the Victoria Harbour. Owner Yanmin was outstanding both on our initial booking, meeting us upon arrival with tour of the condo & condo facility. If your planning a trip to Victoria we would highly recommend this property!

Gorgeous Place, Central Location

This place was amazing! I seriously meant to take pictures for design inspiration. It was well-equipped, extremely clean, the view was beautiful, the location was central and within walking distance to lots of things, and the perfect size for a family of 3-4. Bring white noise or ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, as being downtown in any city can be loud at night.

The location and view were so perfect. We walked everywhere. The condo was comfortable and inviting. It was so nicely decorated and you could tell there was a lot of thought and attention to detail put into the condo. I have one suggestion- keep a selection of pillows available for those who like feather or foam. Wonderful overall!

Meeting the Owner Really Helps

When Yanmin met us to give a tour of the location and hand over the keys we knew we came to the right place. My wife & I appreciated the personal touches, such as leaving a container of chocolate and a bottle of wine for us. The Master bed is super comfy and the shower was very user friendly. Better than most hotels! We also liked the convenience of being near downtown, yet a little removed from the hubbub of street life. Overall, a great experience.

work vacation in Victoria

Yanmin is a great host and a kind human being. She met us in person and answered any questions that we had. Her apartment is located central and just a short walk to nice dining, grocery store and most importantly coffee shops. Building is safe and quiet. She is very kind and actually worked with me so I be able to check out a bit later due to work schedule issues. we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! Thank you so much !

Yanmin's Outstanding Condo

Absolutely Fantastic. Every amenity was provided. Very thoughtful, beautifully decorated, well provisioned, super location. Our fabulous host and owner greeted us at the parking garage entrance on arrival, escorted us into the building and the unit, and explained in a few minutes, laundry, garbage/recycle, security and, made most excellent suggestions on favorite places to eat nearby. when we come back, we will look to stay here again. Perfect location and accommodations

I love this location because it is close to downtown but also away from the crowds. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The condo was amazingly clean and beautifully decorated! Hostess was very easy to contact and replied quickly when I had questions. I would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making our experience top notch!

Perfect place and great lovation

Stayed for 3 nights over the long weekend and found everything to be just perfect! Check-in process was super simple and Yanmin's instructions were timely and clear. Condo was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms had ample towels available. We had everything we needed. Location was very convenient to walk to the harbour and access to all the restaurants in the downtown core. Views out to the ocean were amazing!! Highly recommend staying here.
