Ok for the money

We agree with the previous reviewer who gave this property 3 stars. The resort itself is older but fine especially for young kids- our kids loved the pools. The accommodation is just ok- in contrast to a lot of rentals on certain sites these days, it has a jaded air about it that gives a sense that the owner doesn’t care too much… Some minor improvements would make a huge difference- eg get a shower head that doesn't keep falling off, spend $15 on a toilet seat cover, maybe get a $350 smart tv from Aldi. It would’t take too much…

Very disappointed with this property. Marketed as an executive apartment - it definitely wasn’t that. Very dirty, with thick cobwebs on the walls, ceilings and around the fly screen and sliding door. The carpet stunk and was sticky underfoot - it needs replacing!!! The microwave was thick with rust and looked like it was an original from the 80s. The power kept tripping off, leaving lights and appliances not working. The owner needs to either do a thorough deep clean and replace some appliances, or market it as it truly is… an aging, run-down 2 star property.

Just ok

Great location and the pool facilities are fine. But the unit was not very clean on arrival. Several services very dusty and the ceiling fans so dirty we did not want to use them. Main complaint is the lack of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Barely enough for 3 people let alone family of 4. Communication marked down as problems were not addressed as per expectations. Eg only 2 towels were provided. We arrived on Sunday and needed to wait till Monday for this to be resolved. Reported light bulb and dust issues were not addressed. On Thursday afternoon the air conditioner died and we left several messages during business hours without response. Even if the air con could not be fixed, would appreciate a call back and maybe some discount (given the above mentioned ceiling fans). Sorry to keep going but we have stayed with many Stayz properties without these issues. The furniture is dated: The sofa bed really uncomfortable (even for one teenager) and with 1 of the 4 dining chairs you can’t lean back. Oh, and shower rose does not match its holder and kept falling down. With some care and attention this would be a really nice villa.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
