Pursue your Pacific Passion at Coração do Mar, a luxurious vacation rental ideal for a getaway with family or close friends. This lovely abode is tucked away on the Old Coast Highway, with access to Hare Creek Beach, providing the perfect refuge or launch pad to explore the hidden gems of the Mendocino Coast.

You’ll have everything you need to relax to your heart’s content in this beautiful, spacious, and airy setting. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as plenty of indoor and outdoor
seating, a patio, and a farmhouse-meets-Mediterranean villa atmosphere that will have you falling in love.

No man is an island, but this home will feel like one, in the best possible way. The fluffy towels and luxurious tub evoke a world-class spa, while the fully equipped kitchen means that you can whip up a meal any time you please. The grill outside will appeal to the BBQ enthusiast, the lounge chairs are great for reading a book in the sun, and the fire pit is perfect for s’mores and hot cocoa.

When you’re craving the sand between your toes, you can head to the beach, where little ones can frolic and build sandcastles (and you can, too!). If you fancy a lively small-town scene, head to Fort Bragg or Mendocino for delicious dining options, shopping and more. It’s a short trip north to Fort Bragg’s bustling Noyo Harbor and charming downtown or south to Mendocino’s historic homes and breathtaking waterfront. Along much of the coast, you’ll be able to stop in at state parks and local beaches for hiking, biking, and kayaking – or sunbathing and dipping your toes in the surf, if you prefer a more leisurely day.

The Coração do Mar will always welcome you back at the end of a long day, but with so many amenities, you may just find yourself preferring to kick back in this little bubble of perfection. The living room features a soft and comfortable armchair and sectional couch facing a fireplace and big-screen TV (with Blu-Ray and Roku), the dining room has bench seats and a table big enough for fun family-style meals, and the patio and yard are perfect for afternoons or evenings al fresco. Look for hidden treasures throughout this Azores-inspired home, such as the driftwood sculptures and ocean-inspired paintings from local artists.

The house has a large bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a children’s room with bunk beds.

From the main bedroom, enjoy a view of the backyard, or settle into the rocking chair and put your feet up. An additional TV in this bedroom offers entertainment options. Your bathroom comes with a choice of shower or bath, so you’ll be able to wash off the sand from your beach adventures and relax in comfort.

No one will come to blows over who gets what room though, because the second bedroom boasts delightful amenities as well, with pastoral decor and a top-of-the-line mattress that will invite
you to sink into bed at the end of the day. The third bedroom features bunk beds perfect for younger adventurers, with whimsical bedding featuring turtles and sea horses, as well as educational décor about fauna both aquatic and airborne.

This rental is located immediately south of Fort Bragg and is right in the middle and so close to some of our best beaches, parks, trails, great food, shopping and more.

Coração do Mar is all about getting away from it all, the unit has WiFi, app television, games and more.

There are garbage cans for Coração do Mar on the north side of the garage, Recycle, Standard and a green can as well.

There is only room for 3 vehicles at the Coração do Mar and can park in the driveway right in front of the rental.
