The Space:
This immaculately presented home is located only minutes' walk to Murramarang Beach and to the local shops. With polished timber floors throughout, the open plan living area flows seamlessly onto the decks surrounding the house making it ideal for relaxation and entertaining. Spend your days out exploring or lazing on the beach, then head back home and rinse off in the outside shower before a nice relaxing soak in the freestanding bath. Cook up a BBQ and dine alfresco on the large deck while the kids run around on the extensive wide open grass area - it's just as you imagine your dream family holiday to be. In the cooler months, take advantage of firepit to stay outdoors in the evening or load up the combustion wood fireplace with firewood from the back shed and enjoy cosy nights in with the family.
There are 4 bedrooms - 3 with queen beds and 1 with a single bed and a single fold up bed - and 1 renovated bathroom, which has a bath, shower and toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and a second toilet.
Situated on nearly an acre of land and yet so close to the beach, the whole family will love what this property has to offer.
Bawley Point Beaches, some of the best on the Coast!
Bawley Beach is protected by the large southern headland (Bawley Point) which features 2 popular surf breaks. On the northern protected side of the point there is a jetty and a boat ramp great for fishing and paddling. The break near the jetty is called Guillotines and is popular with body boarders.
Cormorant Beach backs onto a small area of wetlands is a short, pet friendly beach, perfect for going for a dip and seeing the local dogs out playing. You can also walk around the northern headland at low tide to access neighbouring Bawley Beach.
Gannet Beach is a short beach in Bawley Point south of Jurwin Head which is great for snorkeling and surfing. It is accessible from Malibu Drive at various points along the beach. The beach is often quiet but attracts crowds in summer for its beauty and sometimes smaller waves.

We were pleasantly surprised by how much was included in the holiday home, and it was spotlessly clean - the one downside was no WiFi... While it sounds quaint and liberating to be without internet for 5 nights, it was actually really limiting... Can't look at Google maps to plan walks, or check local weather, or tide information. Also not able to access messages from the host with check out instructions! Maybe it's the push I need to get a different service provider that has more coverage, but hot tip of you're not with Telstra you're unlikely to have any service.

Great & enjoyable but with unnecessary shortcomings
Good: Location, access to beaches, inside & outside facilities, spacious property, capacity to absorb us and additional guests around tables; kangaroos in yard.
Bad: Grubby, inconvenient curtains; no provision of cheap little comforts (such as extra pillows, settee cushions; wood for the inside firebox or outside firepit); no aircon heating / cooling options; mould in wet areas; dirty, cobwebbed windows.
