We greatly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean. Great communication with the owner and very accommodating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved sitting on the screened porch in the mornings and evenings with the lights. Such a cozy little house. Thank you for having us!

Great Spot!

Loved our time in Long Beach. Very laid back town for it being Spring Break season. The cottage was clean and modern and everyone was very happy with it. The only minor issue we had was the train blowing its horn in the middle of the night. Other than that, the neighborhood was fantastic, though.

The only issues we had were the noisy ceiling fan in the living room and the central air conditioner couldn’t keep it making the unit hot and somewhat uncomfortable during the day.

Perfect.

I came to town to visit a long time friend of mine and found this place to stay, it was so beautiful. The backyard had a fire pit and a nice fence around a big, well-maintained yard for my kids to play in. The house was so.dadgum.clean. I was seriously impressed. And the sheets were soft and smelled good. I’ve never stayed in a place that provided cleaning supplies, toilet paper paper towels- but it really saved me some hassle and trips to the store with 3 kids. I was so thankful to find this lovely place and bring my kids. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Ended up not staying at property

Upon arriving to property, we didn’t feel like we were in a safe part of neighborhood at all. Felt like this disclaimer wasn’t listed in the description. Area is run down. Property manager did refund us for one night and was very nice and apologized that we didn’t feel safe.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "We're sorry if you felt unsafe at any time during check-in. We've never had issues with guest safety and do advertise the location of our home in our listing so that guests can be aware of our location. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Mississippi, with no nearby reports of crime, that we are aware of, in the last two years. Additionally, the police department is less than a mile away. As you can see from our past reviews, we've never had feedback like this before and most of our guests rave over the peaceful and beautiful area. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays."

House was exceptionally clean and absolutely beautiful…well decorated…house was exactly as pictured...beds were very comfortable…..my only complaint is shower needs a safety bar and maybe a pool in backyard 😉……all kidding aside I highly recommend this hidden gem and definitely will stay again….❤️

Beautifully kept and by the beach

I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in and everything looked exactly as the photos on the listing. The decorations were fantastic and it was SO clean! Kim thought of everything that anyone may have forgotten. The porch and fire pit were awesome. The wifi service was great, too. I have nothing negative to say. Oh, and the proximity to the beach was amazing! I have nothing negative to say. I had a couple of questions too while I was there, and Kim answered right away. Thanks again for a WONDERFUL experience!!
