Breathe at Berrara Village

Located in the peaceful Berrara Village, 'Breathe at Berrara' is the perfect holiday home for your next family getaway.

Inside the home you will find 3 bedrooms, a bright and open living and dining area, fire place and fully equipped kitchen. Outside of the property, relax and unwind on the outdoor entertaining area whilst overlooking a fully fenced yard, a cosy firepit perfect for the cooler winter nights and a bunkhouse with an extra double bed and single bunk set available to add to your stay.

Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - Triple bunk and Single bed
Bedroom 3 - Double bed

Bunkhouse - Double bed and Single bunk (Bunkhouse is an extra cost)
Main house sleeps a maximum of 8 and Bunkhouse (Extra cost) sleeps a maximum of 4.

Linen is Not provided, you will need to bring your own pillow cases, sheets, beach and bath towels.

The minimum booking is for 2 nights, Long Weekends is 3 nights, and Easter is 4 nights.

Please note that the additional bathroom with a shower and toilet is located outside in the laundry at the back of the garage.

Garage is included with 3 kayaks with life jackets and several bikes with helmets for everyone to enjoy!

This property is pet friendly for outdoor pets only by prior approval.

A Quiet Getaway

We have stayed at this property twice now and both times have been great. The house is clean and comfortable with a fireplace to warm the house, outside in the back yard is a firepit to hang around in the evening which is always good. Overall this is a great place to stay.

Hidden gem in Berrara

This place is delightful! We had a wonderful time with family and our beloved dog Leo. The home was perfect and well appointed. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the cleanliness of the interior, plus the great outdoor space. Loved the large garden and firepit too. The location was perfect, near the beach, the cuddly cafe and fisherman’s rock. Will definitely stay here again.

Tranquil location

We had a lovely stay at Berrara it reminded us why we always gravitate towards the south coast region. The atmosphere, beautiful coastline, the national park wildlife and people. This house is nicely positioned closely to a local beach and close enough to drop by local stores for any groceries. Highly recommend if you wish to see our beautiful wildlife and beaches in its authentic state. Thank you for allowing us to use your home, definitely will be back!

Terrific place for a family holiday!

Thanks to the owners and manager for providing such a lovely spot for our extended family to get together. The house was clean, spacious and well resourced when we arrived. The bikes, kayaks and boogie boards were an added bonus - kayaking into Lake Conjola National Park was a rare treat! Will definitely return when we can. David and Felice.

Lovely house in a great location.

The house is lovely, decked out with lots of bikes and fun things to do. Communication with the property manager was difficult, as we had 1) arrived to a house that wasn’t properly cleaned and 2) had no hot water for half our stay 3) struggled to get in contact with the manager to resolve this. We understand these things happen, but would have been great if the property manager is available at night and on weekends for contact on these instances. Overall, once we looked past this, we made the best of the situation and still enjoyed our stay.

Summer holiday

The house was great. We loved the back deck and the use of the bikes and kayaks was a real bonus. The house had an additional toilet and shower in the outside laundry which was also an added bonus. The house was close to both beaches as well as the creek. Would love to stay again in the future.
