Summer House 203A is a charming two-bedroom, two-bath unit located on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, with deeded beach access just steps away across the street.



Unit Features:

• Tile flooring is in all living areas; stairs and bedrooms are carpeted



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining area seats eight



• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk. Maximum weight for the top bunk is 150 lbs.)



• Pack 'n Play provided for your convenience



• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

The overall stay was great a few minor things, fans were pretty dusty, we couldn’t connect the tvs over to the Netflix option due to something with the Ethernet cable. Other than that it was great.

Short getaway

We had a fun few days that we booked last minute. My son plays college football, and they let them have a couple weeks off so we found this spot. Short walk to the beach, easy pool access, comfortable living arrangements. Would stay again and recommend.

We had a great time at this condo. Best beach trip I have ever had. Best of both worlds with a Beach and the bay. Would love to stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Wow, what a lovely condo. It was absolutely perfect! Views on top of views, a short walk to the beach, perfect layout, and pristinely clean. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

Great place

The only downfall was the number of stairs I had to climb (because i'm not young anymore, lol) to get into the place. This place was exactly how it was listed website. Wifi worked great, place was very clean and comfortable. The kids and I loved the view to the beach and my son loved that he could enjoy the pier for fishing. We also enjoyed the balcony views from every room. I would stay here again (when i'm in better shape, lol)

It looks just like the picture. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place. It does have stairs but the pulley makes it easy to get everything up.

Great place

The condo was great and easily accessible to the beach. We liked having the separation from living area to bedrooms. Our only compliant was the sheets were very worn and somewhat uncomfortable. Also the bedroom my kids were in did not have a functioning ceiling fan.

Nice condo

Nice stay with family. I like that they supply you with a amenities like towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. Owner very responsive to maintenance issues. It's a steep climb up some long stairs to the 2nd floor condo we stayed in. Not a complaint though, just so you might be aware if you prefer a shorter climb.

Perfect Location

We loved the condo and the location. There was plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers. The pool was close and the beach was a lot closer than we thought (right across the street). We liked being farther away from all the action and the actual beach was perfect...sand, depth, and small waves. The views were incredible from the balconies. The only thing we had an issue with were the items that were included. We have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals and they have all included the basics...salt/pepper, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee, etc. They do advertise that they get you started, but one garbage bag and one dishwasher pod for the entire stay was unexpected so plan ahead. This could easily be fixed by having a box of supplies under the sink. There is a coffee maker, filters, but no coffee. If those little things were included, this place would be perfect.

Functional

We had a nice enough stay. The pool are was nice and kept up. The actual unit was very worn and needs to be updated. We arrived to water all over the kitchen floor from a leak in the refrigerator. Management company responded quickly, but said they would not fix or clean it up because, “they are going to replace it after you leave...” Great, but that didn’t help out situation. The sink in the bottom lav (ceramic) was split in half and glued back together. (It appears that somebody stood on it to change the lightbulb above it and it broke.). The cookware was very worn but we made it work. Both the up and down porches need to be replace Pd as you could not go out barefoot, as there were large splinters from the again, peeling, wood deck. The television and WiFi worked well, and the A/C was also very good. I guess we’ve been spoiled by nicer places, but this once certainly needs and update.

Thank you for providing your feedback. Our report on the refrigerator leak indicates that a shelf in the door was filled with water, which you promptly cleaned up. The issue was attributed to condensation, resulting in minor dripping. Following communication with the property owner, it was conveyed that a replacement refrigerator would be procured. Regrettably, due to delivery constraints, the new appliance was expected to arrive post your stay. We sincerely apologize for any shortcomings in the cleanliness of the condo and any other challenges you encountered during your stay. We would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to address these concerns promptly had they been brought to our attention. Our commitment to guest satisfaction is paramount and we value your input to enhance our services.

Fall Break for Tallulah

Eight year old Tallulah loves the sun and sand and so does her grandmother and mother! 203A on the West Beach was perfect for us.

Great location!

This condo made it easy to enjoy the lagoon and the beach, with little traffic/congestion in the area. We loved the multiple balconies- each with a nice view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was in close proximity to the beach and was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.The only complaint we had was that the unit was not available to us until 8 PM.After the long drive in with 2 grandbaby’s and 4 adults in 1 vehicle we were more than ready to get out of the car and get settled in.Upon arrival We found the unit had not been cleaned,as I was on the phone reporting it 2 ladies showed up saying they were there to clean and it would be ready in 30 minutes.It wasn’t cleaned to our satisfaction and was told they would send someone back out, but luckily I brought supplies to disinfect everything myself. I’m sure with a 30 minute turn around all they had time for was changing bed linens and replacing towels. Because our unit wasn’t available to us we were forced to leave,we opted to eat out, instead of eating the food we had brought with us..I was told that she was going to try to get approval to reimburse us for our dinner that night ,guess we will see. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had the best time at the Gulf Shores. The Summer House was beautiful and everything was perfect.

Stayed in 203a. Great balcony views on both sides of the unit of the beach and the bay. We would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable

This is an older complex with a lot of stairs but it met all of our needs. There is a pulley system to help with the luggage. It was well stocked. The furniture was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach access was a short walk across the street. The lagoon has a nice beach and dock. We would stay here again.
