Professional Management is provided by Halo Hospitality. We are available for all your need Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, and for after hour & weekend emergencies.

The Hideaway's are located inside the Historical neighborhood of 4th & Gill, which was one of the original prominent neighborhoods of Downtown Knoxville Residents in the early-mid 1900's. The stunning architecture of the Queen Anne Style homes has caught the attention of several HGTV shows.

Today, the vibrant neighborhood has become once again wildly popular as a choice place to live for its proximity to downtown, as well as the development of Coffeeshops, breweries, and restaurants that are within walking distance from the neighborhood.

Access to the home is easily accessible from I-40, with the Hall of Fame Drive Exit just 0.2 miles away.

Welcome to Halo Hospitality! We’re excited to have you with us and are committed to making your stay as enjoyable and seamless as possible. To ensure everything goes smoothly, we’ve shared a few transparent guidelines that help us protect both you and the property. Halo Hospitality’s Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions apply. Upon booking, the renter will receive the Terms and Conditions and agree to review and sign. These terms will include, but are not limited to, the following:

GUEST VERIFICATION
Experienced guests with 5 or more positive reviews may request to be waived from this process, otherwise we do require all guests to complete an additional verification screen through our Guest Portal to ensure the safety and security of our community. This 60-second verification process must be completed within 48 hours of booking, or at least 2 hours prior to the check-in time if booking on the same day as check-in. You will be prompted to complete this process immediately after booking. This includes:


1) Providing a copy of your government-issued photo ID.
2) Photo Verification
3) Confirming your contact information & agreement to our Rental Terms and Conditions

Guests who have questions about this process are encouraged to reach out prior to booking! The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. We thank you for your cooperation. Guests who fail to complete our verification process within 48 hours of booking may be subject to cancellation.

HOUSE RULES
1) Guest Count: Please include the correct number of guests in your booking. Visitors outside the reservation are permitted under most circumstances, but we do require guests to request permission prior to having visitors.
2) Check-in: Please notify us once you have accessed the property. Please inspect and report any unsatisfactory conditions within 2 hours of check-in. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 pm will be promptly addressed the next day.
3) Noise Policy: Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbors and local community. We will contact you directly for any reported disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances with local authorities.
4) Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted within the property. Any violation, will result in a smoke remediation fee.
5) No Parties: Events and parties are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. We will contact you directly for any disturbances, prior to reporting any nuisances to local authorities.
6) Pets: We love our Pets! but they are not allowed in most units, ensuring a clean and allergen-free space for all guests.
a.If the property is labeled as “Pet-friendly”, pet’s are allowed at a charge, up to a capped limit. The Pet Fee will be requested after booking via the resolution center, and is paid separately from the reservation.
7) Damage Policy: Any damage caused during your stay will incur repair costs plus a labor charge. A Wear & Tear fee up will be applied for any rule violations related to pets, smoking, or parties.
8) Checkout: Before checking out, please place trash in trash cans, start the dishwasher with used dishes, and begin a wash cycle for used towels.
Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when not present.
9) Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to make a reservation.

Failure to comply with any of these policies may result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.

CANCELLATIONS
We adhere to the cancellation policy as outlined at the time of booking. Please note, exceptions due to illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not covered unless stated otherwise. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen events. Requests for cancellation outside of this policy will be directed to your travel insurance provider.

EARLY CHECK-IN'S & LATE CHECKOUT REQUESTS
1) Early Check-ins: We are unable to guarantee an early check-in will be possible in advance due to cleaning scheduling. However, on the day of your check-in we will notify you as soon as the property is available & there is no fee for an early check-in. Early check-in requests will be submitted to our team, but please do not expect a response until the day of check-in.

2) Late Checkouts: Are available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the property and cleaning schedule. Requests should be made at least 12 hours in advance of your check-out, and are subject to approval of our cleaning team, which may not be able to respond until the morning of your scheduled departure. We do have a late checkout fee. This fee is paid through the Resolution Center.

POLICY VIOLATIONS
1) Late check-out without prior approval will be charged per hour. We may remove occupants and their belongings from the property if unresponsive, or uncooperative.
2) Excessive Cleaning will be charged per hour. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of excessive cleaning required. This will be applied towards unexpected cleanup of spills, stains, bodily fluids, biohazardous materials, odor remediation, etc.
3) Damaged/Missing items will be charged at the replacement cost + Labor. We will provide proper documentation and photo evidence of any Damages or Missing Items.

REPORTING ISSUES
Please report any issues within 2 hours of check-in to allow us the opportunity to resolve them promptly. Non-urgent issues reported after 9:00 PM will be addressed the following day. We may not be able to resolve, or provide a resolution, to issues that are not reported in a timely manner, lack sufficient documentation, or do not provide us with enough time to respond effectively during your stay. We are here to help!

LOST & FOUND
Please ensure you have all your belongings before departure. Items left may be held up to one week at our local office for pickup, or can be shipped back at a fee. We are not responsible for locating left items.

Work week in Knoxville

The location was where we wantes to be, but the accommodations we a little disappointing. The floors were coming apart and the apt was very damp and smelled musty.

Tidy and private

Space was neat and tidy. Communication with property management was efficient and friendly. I like that the entrance was separate from the other units. Very quick access to main roads and interstate. Great stay!

Overall great but had some quirks.

Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again.

I found needles in the parking lot when I first got there . The apartment they show in the pic isn’t the same as what you get . There were dead roaches in the kitchen . The floors had water damage and were coming up through the apartment. There was a terrible mildew smell the whole time, it was very uncomfortable to breath . The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The tub is raised up higher than usual and I slipped twice and almost fell . Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Work Trip

The location is in a great place, very easy to find. The only negative things I have are the icemaker didnt work and when you book there is no where it shows a extra deposit needed until after you book the property.

Ok Stay

Sleeps 2 in a bedroom with a blow up for the third. The couch is not really considered a bed. They did provide a blow up mattress but the first night it was flat and they had to bring us a new one the next night. It is a basement locations so has a musty smell and you need to run the air. Flooring needs to be fixed. Shower is ok but low water pressure and clogged drain. Kitchen was nice but we decided not to really stay at the place unless sleeping.
