The Space:
Welcome to Alpine Serenity A, a beautifully presented two-bedroom apartment offering modern comfort, easy living, and stunning lake and mountain views.
Step through the front door into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area — a bright, welcoming space designed for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy a home-cooked meal, while the breakfast bar makes the perfect spot for morning coffee before a day on the slopes or walking trails. Unwind in the living space with its comfortable couches and large windows framing the lake and surrounding peaks, or step out onto the balcony for alfresco dining and a glass of local pinot as the sun sets.
Down one level, the master bedroom offers its own private balcony with lake views and an ensuite complete with bath — ideal for starting or ending the day in style. The second bedroom is set up with two singles (can be made into a King on request) and is positioned next to the main bathroom with a spacious shower.
Down the second flight of stairs, is the carpeted garage with washer, dryer and additional fridge.

-Peak periods and public holidays may incur higher rates or minimum stays
-A copy of the guest’s photo ID (driver’s licence or passport) is required upon finalising the booking
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home minus 1 room off the garage, which is locked.

Set within the peaceful Alpine Village complex, Alpine Serenity A is just a 5-minute drive from central Queenstown or a scenic 45-minute lakeside walk along the Queenstown Trail. Take the path from the complex down to the Frankton walking track for easy access to cafés, trails, and the iconic Boatshed Café, just a 20-minute stroll away.
Getting Around:
Enjoy convenient parking in the secure lock-up garage, or take a quick bus or Uber into town. The Frankton walking track also offers a scenic route directly from the complex for those who prefer to explore on foot

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
