The unit was fine just dated. dining room furniture worn. You had the couch and other that that you had wicker to sit on. Bathrooms really datedKitchen was fine except for the frig, really old

Great memories!

If you want to have great access to the beach this is the place! We would get our tent up early and enjoy beach time until mid day. Walking back to the condo for bathroom breaks and to make lunch to eat on the beach was super fast and easy. The balcony out front was so much fun for family time and to people watch.

Right on the beach!

This property is steps from the beach! The parking lot closes at 10pm so it’s pretty quiet in the night. The condo itself was nice but could’ve used a little better cleaning. But we were only there overnight to sleep so it was fine! The porch with the swing was nice, too!

Yearly Tybee visit

My husband and I come to Tybee in October every year. This was the first year that we decided to stay beach front. The. Location is perfect if you want to be near all of the shops/bars/restaurants, plus a nice view of the ocean from your balcony and swing. The condo was clean. However, the appliances, the refrigerator at least, needs to be updated. There was rust all down the door and the handle was kind of cracking. Check in was smooth. We enjoyed our stay and the bed was comfortable.

A cute condo just steps from the beach!!

Myself, husband and our two young adult male sons came to Tybee Beach for the first time. It was very hot and humid, but it did cool a little bit at night and in the morning where you can sit on the front patio with a small table and chairs and lovely porch swing. The condo needs a little TLC. The refrigerator refs to be replaced! It leaks and is old and ugly. The pots and pans were mess. Those Cabinets need to be better organized. The cabinets throughout the condo are starting to chip. Wish it had a blow dryer, too! When we needed maintenance the management co was very efficient! Overall the location is the best part of this condo so close to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc. there is a little market within walking distance for groceries, but I would suggest shopping for most of your food and supplies before you get to Tybee Island.

Relaxing getaway!

We really liked the location. Walking distance to all the great restaurants and to the pier. Enjoying to ocean view on the porch swing was my favorite. The public parking in front was not a bother for us. The mornings were quiet and we enjoyed watching the beach visitors throughout the afternoon. The only thing that was bothersome, there was no hair dryer. The unit has an iron & iron-board. I’m not sure why this simple amenity is not provided.

No top lock

Location was great, property was clean, over all this place is idea I would recommend adding a top lock so toddlers or younger children cant get out of the electronic dead bolt, my 2 yr old got out during our stay and we have traveled to at least 9 states and never had this issue so I wouldn’t recommend it for those age groups unless you bring baby proofing items or they add one

Great location

We had a wonderful time visiting Tybee Island. We had a wonderful place to stay right across from the beach. It was so nice to wake up and walk right across the street and be at the beach.
