This single family home (w/heated saltwater pool & spa) is located in the Naples Park section of North Naples....bike to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park. Local upscale retail development, Mercato, is also very close in proximity, offering movie theatre, shopping, & a variety of dining options. This home’s premier location is central to all of your vacation needs!



This Newly listed adorable beach cottage has been decorated with incredible attention to detail. The moment you enter this cozy coastal cottage, you'll be transformed into vacation paradise.



The great room includes comfortable seating, large screen TV and dining space for 6.



The foyer houses a workspace with desk for your convenience in working remotely.



The fully equipped and modern kitchen boasts new cabinets, new counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find the laundry room with full size washer & dryer. This is one of two access points to the screened lanai area.

One of the most unique features of this property is the poolside cabana with wet bar, conversational seating area, bar table & outdoor TV!



Whether you’re swimming, grilling, dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing poolside, this tranquil & private setting can be your next dream vacation destination.



The property has beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, & pool floats.



*There is a $24/night pool/heating fee. Tenants are responsible for turning spa off when not in use. Not following pool/spa instructions are subject to penalties.

Guys golf trip

What a great spot! We were in town for a few days of golf. It's a perfect spot for a foursome to stay. The hot tub and pool were on point. Would recommend it to anyone!

Great Place with a Great Pool

We had an awesome time in this Naples rental. Great location, super cute home and the pool was amazing. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. The house is very easy to feel at "home" especially during Thanksgiving! The only issue we had was some internet outages but the owner quickly resolved them and we had a brand new router the next day that never failed from that point on! The owner is super responsive and the house was awesome!

Family vacation

This is our second time staying at this rental and it did not disappoint! House is beautiful with everything you need and the backyard is your own little oasis. Pool is amazing with plenty of chairs and there is a screen in porch. House is very clean and nicely decorated. Looking forward to coming back in 2025!

Perfect family vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. We have two young kids so we really appreciated the safety around the pool--the screened area has alarms and lockable handles out of reach of small kids. The pool itself is wonderful, and the spa is a really nice feature that you can turn on or off as needed. The house is nicely furnished and very well stocked with just about anything you may need, including all the must-haves for traveling with kids. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The location is nice, it's a very short drive to the beach and right near the Mercato shopping area. We really loved our time here and can't recommend this place highly enough, especially for families.

Just what we were hoping for

This property was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation rental. Location was convenient for all we wanted (beach, zoo, museums, groceries etc). The pool was so nice and spa was easy to operate. The house was equipped with many convenient baby and children items like high chairs, pack’n’plays, baby monitor and even toys. Checking in and out was a breeze. Communication with property managers/owners was quick and easy as well. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy and 'beachy'

The beach house was so cozy and 'beachy'. Everything we needed for the kids (2 1/2 and 8 months) was there. We were so thankful for beach towels, toys, a wonderful pool area; it was like our own private resort. The beach was only 5 minutes away; you have to find parking. All in all, a great vacation and we loved the whole experience. Will probably come back again.

Beautiful house/pool

This house was perfect! Pool is absolutely stunning. I came here with my husband, mother in law, 3 & 6 year boys. This house is really geared towards kids. We really appreciated all the child proof locks/alarms. This gave my husband and I peace of mind. Everything is provided for such as beach chairs, towels, toys, wagon, cooler, umbrella, floats for pool. Great location. House is very close to Vanderbilt beach about 6 min drive. Easy access to beach parking in the public garage with a short walk. We will definitely be returning!!

Nice, especially for young families

We brought our 3 year old & 5 month old & had a great time. The property has about everything you need for a family trip to Naples. The backyard is great. The home is clean and as pictured. You really don’t need to bring much to feel like you have enough for the week. Vanderbilt beach was about 1.5 miles from the property. The Mercato was maybe 0.5 miles away. Everything that you could need for the beach was provided (chairs, wagon, toys, umbrella). The backyard had a variety of pool toys & floats as well. We loved having the pack&play and baby toys available for use. Child locks and other things for kids like silverware, kids cups, etc. were a nice touch. The home had plenty of towels, coffee, silverware, dishes, etc. Would definitely bring my family back to this property

Don't hesitate to book this VRBO!

Myself, my husband and our 6 year old daughter stayed here for spring break this year. The location of the house was great - close to the beach and close to the main road to visit other spots in Naples. The house was super clean upon check in. There were so many extra linens and towels in every closet. The interior has been well updated and is beautiful. We felt very at home and comfortable. The beach gear included came in very handy as my husband dropped us off at the beach with our chairs, towels and toys then rode one of the bikes back to meet us. The highlight of the entire house was most definitely the pool! We used it every single day. We didn't utilize the hot tub as it did require some time to heat up, but the instructions were clear if we did want to use it. We spent a lot of time in the back porch just enjoying the entire pool area. I would highly recommend booking this rental for your next trip to Naples!

Good house and pool

The house is very clean with quality appliances and cookware in the kitchen, and good air conditioning. It is as good as the photos suggest. We discovered a pool malfunction, possibly a post-hurricane thing. The manager and owner put extra effort toward having it fixed promptly. The beds are a bit softer than average, if that matters to you. Highly recommended.

Relaxing Hideaway

This is a great little house in a great area. The house was immaculate and just as pictured. We spent most of our time out in the secluded backyard. The pool was a dream and all the amenities were perfect. Would go back in a second!

Perfect!

Loved this property!! It had everything we could have wanted and needed. We each had a bedroom and also a bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and impeccable. Tastefully decorated, it had all the comforts of home. The pool area felt like we were in our own little resort. It was close to restaurants, shops and parks. Tammy, the host was friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend and love to return.

Great getaway in the sun

We had a great time. The property is as advertised- clean, very comfortable, very well furnished- especially the kitchen and felt like home. The internet speed was great too. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the bathrooms was great. Within walking distance to everything including the beach. Tammy was very responsive. The location is fantastic. Very thoughtfully done- shows the owners care.

Great Retreat!

The pool area is outstanding and we spent 90% of our time there. The kitchen is smaller but very functional and has everything you need to cook meals. The beach is only 0.5 miles away and there are 4x cruiser bikes, chairs, and toys for the kids to bring. We loved our stay and will book this property again if we make it back.

Great property / Great Stay

HI - Was impressed with the home and all the furnishings. Backyard pool area was great and felt like our own resort. Lot of amenities and accessories that helped with the stay. Beds were comfortable. Owners and management company were very responsive. Property had beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes.

Amazing vacation house

Beautiful and spacious but most importantly-incredibly clean. The bedrooms we’re all great sizes-a king , queen and a couple twin beds so there was more than enough room for everyone. The bathrooms were very nice with great water pressure. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well and the kitchen had everything we needed on a night that we stayed in and cooked- everything was there for us plates pots and pans. The pool was under construction so unfortunately we didn’t get to use it but when we return will definitely take advantage of that. It was a beautiful property decorated very nicely. And the location is fantastic-walking distance to the mall with all the restaurants and stores and very close to the beach -we can’t wait to go back!

Lovely Place to stay in Naples

10/10 would recommend staying at this cute beach cottage in Naples! Beautifully decorated from top to bottom with all of the necessities. The backyard is absolutely amazing. Incredibly clean and well kept. Would definitely plan to come back here on my next getaway to Naples.
