If you're looking for a comfortable condo for your large family, this 2 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bathroom condo in Mammoth Lakes is perfect. Spend evenings around the cozy log-burning fireplace watching movies, or play cards or games at the dining table. Located directly on the Shuttle Route, Mammoth Lakes Bike Trail and just a short walk into town for local dining and shopping at the Vons shopping center, this central location offers all the convenience needed to get around Town. The home's kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and with a dining area for 6 you can dine in with the family. The first bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and private en-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the hall bathroom with tub-shower combo. The upstairs loft sleeps many more with a Queen bed, as well as 2 Twin beds and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. The Horizons 4 complex is well maintained and has all the amenities you could ever ask for just across the parking lot including a hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, recreation room (complete with ping-pong and pool table), tennis courts, laundry facilities, and a large picnic area with gas grill. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Parking is available right at your door with two unassigned parking spaces as well as two free shuttle stop locations. This is an upstairs unit with approx. 15 steps to access, and 2 levels inside. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great condo!

Great rental in a great location, property management crew did a great job managing snow removal during this record season. Facilities were great as well. Would recommend and will stay here again!

Great ski trip

Fishing was only so so but there were plenty of other things to keep us occupied. Our condo pool was in repair so hope they get that fixed soon. Over all it was a great trip for our family.

Well equipped kitchen with room enough for 3 couples in living and dining room areas. The property description is not accurate. It states that the king bedroom has a full bath and it does not. It has a toilet, a sink, and a closet. It's a little dated but a good place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would stay here again.

Poor bathroom maintenance

One with leaking connections (downstairs) basically making it unusable, the other (upstairs) with a shower head that would not stay in upright position. Arrived only to find that posted amenities (pool & spa) were being repaired/not open. Always look forward to spa & pool, especially disappointing for my grandchildren. Should have been noted at booking so I could have found an alternative.

Roomy Older Unit in nice locale

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros- Firm comfortable beds. Roomy. Lots of places to hang things. Ski locker at Canyon. Free use of the wonderful facilities at Snow Creek Athletic Club. Easy check-in. Ample parking. Responsive rental agency even after hours. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Cons- old shag carpet. Many pots and pans not adequately cleaned. Single dish towel. Fireplace quit functioning on third night and filled the condo with smoke. Staff did respond quickly but were not able to fix it so we had no fire the next three nights and slept that night with the odor of smoke. Also, although it says “wood burning” it only burns those single clean burn logs- not what I call a wood burning fire place.

Moldy Pillows and Unsafe Breathing Environment

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took pictures of moldy pillows and dusty furniture infested inside the lodge. Everyone began getting sick and having trouble breathing from the mold and poor ventilation in the place since the first night. The most horrifying thing is that there’s a densely moldy pillow HIDDEN inside a closet and wouldn’t have been discovered if I didn’t look for extra comforters which smelled like cheese. My friend stepped on a nail sticking out of the floorboard of her room and luckily didn’t bleed. The whole place either gets too cold or too hot so we slept with all doors open to not suffocate. Our group of seven were only there for two nights and all of us ended up with either triggered congestion, asthma, fever, or panic from the poor moldy living environment. Its location being the only decent thing about the lodge isn’t even close to making up for the safety and health of my friends who are simply trying to enjoy a snowboarding vacation.

Was disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was not thrilled with the condition of the property. The couch has a plywood underneath it to keep it from apparently sinking? The balcony screen door does not slide well at all. The loft bathroom shower looked dirty and with stains so made it look dirty. The downstairs bathtub sliding door did not have any handles so you literally needed to keep it a bit ajar or be able to slide it open or close with your hand. The master bedroom had a toilet and closet which most condos I have been in, the master had its own en suite which included a shower or bathtub and the closet was with the actual bedroom. The property looked like it was a bit rundown and not keep up well. Not anything like the pictures made it seem to be. I would not return to this unit.

Needs more deep cleaning!

Dishes had a lot of residue but also stains on some. Also None of the Pillows had liners and had a lot of stains on them. Pillows really need to be wash correctly. Place was close to the stores. Parking is ONLY for two spots which was listed on the description when booking. Master bedroom doesn’t have a full bath. It was a sink and toilet. Wi-Fi was slow. The place did have plenty of space for a group to sleep with lots of beds.
