Snow Flower Mammoth Condo

In winter, this 2-bedroom plus loft - 3 bathroom - is a great place to hang your skis and snowboards and enjoy all that is Mammoth Mountain Resort or nearby Cross Country skiing.

In Summer, Spring, and Fall, enjoy the fresh mountain air and ideal temperatures while hiking, biking, boating, fishing, swimming, playing tennis, horseback riding, or just hanging out.



We have two TVs in the condo with a ROKU (no cable) and one tv in the loft with a Wii (which you can access netflix on).

We allow a dog but with a dog fee. Dogs cannot stay solo in the condo. The dog must always be accompanied and not allowed on beds, couches, or furniture.

Exterior Surveillance is used on the exterior of the property.

Kathy was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and has easy access to the bus as well a number of stores/restaurants/market within walking distance.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful place.

My two adult sons and grandson loved the condo. We wished we had another week. With all the fishing and sightseeing we never had a chance to use the pool or jacuzzi. Every thing in the condo was so nice. Beds were comfy, the towels were so plush and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated beautifully.

Wonderful stay

The condo is very cozy and clean. Location is great. The host is very responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend to my friends and would try to stay here again for ski trips.

Great stay!

Kathie is the best. She is very communicative and her condo is clean and comfy. It had everything we needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner! This is our 2nd stay and we will definitely be back.

perfect spot for quick trip

close to Vons and Eagle and the owners are very responsive and clear with their communications. place is exactly as advertised. would go back there again.

Always a great stay!

We’ve stayed here twice now and it’s always a great stay and smooth process. The owner is amazing, always checks in and communication is great. We’ll be back next year!

Everything was great, except for the shower in the second bedroom (not the master), the floor was very slippery. my brother and sister n law put down a towel to prevent an accident very minor issue, maybe just a shower mat can fix. Other then that awesome

Nice property, but…

So my family and I stayed at this property which we were so excited about. The pictures are, for the most part, accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. The only issue was the cleanliness… There were spider webs and dust everywhere. The glass dinning table and coffee table were full of finger prints on top and under the glass. There were also crumbs and a lot of dust in between the glass & tables. When we sat down for our first meal we also noticed a foul odor on the dinning table. The cleaning person must have wiped the table down with a rag that was already dirty. We also noticed dust and dirt under bath vanities, under the beds and most other furniture. So it’s obvious who ever cleans this house cleans only the surface and doesn’t do or has ever done a deep cleaning. Maybe others may not notice what was so obvious to us (my parents had a house cleaning service for over 30 years), but being that you are charged for “cleaning”, that was quite disappointing. My youngest sister stayed in one of the two bedrooms with her husband and she mentioned there were what appeared to be blood drops on the floor mat in her bathroom. The tv was also an issue: the cleaning person wiped tv with wet rag that left swirl streaks all over it & with the sun glare made it very difficult to see the screen. The location and neighbors were very nice and communication with host was good. Just want others to know exactly what to expect.

Plenty of Room for our Family to Spread Out

My family loved how much room this unit had. My teens had no problem find their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked. It is a fantastic location for summer adventures. It takes just a few minutes to walk down to the bike path which we used for evening strolls with the dog.

Wonderful Stay!

We had such a great time staying here. Communication with the owner was super easy. She texted me a few days ahead of our arrival with check-in info, and checked in again with us on the day of. She was available for any questions all through our trip, although we didn't have many. The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. There were plentiful clean towels and paper goods for our use. The kids loved the skeeball table (I think that's what it's called?) and foosball table upstairs! The beds were super comfortable and we enjoyed watching movies with the Roku tv. Additionally, the location was close to everything. This was a great spot from which to go tubing, skiing, and explore Mammoth village. We had an amazing time!! Thank you!

Weekend w/ Lots of Snow!!

We had a wonderful weekend booking a last minute trip with 2 families which included 4 young kids. It was a holiday weekend with record amounts of snow! The condo was perfect with the kids taking over the loft and the parents each having their own rooms with a bathroom and shower. Kathi was easy to contact provided tips on dealing with all the snow and how to park our cars and helped resolve a minor issue with the dining room lights. The wind and snow was dumping pretty hard the morning we had to checkout with the family and kids scared of heading out due to the road conditions. Kathi was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night to ride out the storm. We ended up making the trip home, however Kathi extended our checkout time to help accommodate the extra time we needed to pack everything up and dig out our cars. We would definitely stay here again in the future as location is great being near the shuttle stops and shopping centers.

Amazing spot

Great spot, great host, great beds. A lot of times properties look great but end up having bad / uncomfortable beds, not the case with this one. Highly recommend and would stay again in the future. Pet friendly and clean.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay! House was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Communication was excellent when needed. The location was absolutely perfect for a quick run to the store or to grab a bite to eat. Definitely would recommend for a family looking for a memorable weekend!

Great place!

Perfect location- close to everything. Plenty of sleeping options with the three beds in the loft. The host was assessable as I had a couple questions. She responded promptly. Kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed in general. Pool and tennis court were convenient and fun. The shuffleboard table provided plenty of entertainment during our downtime. Worked perfectly for us. Highly recommend…

Wonderful condo set in a great area, clean, and well stocked with almost anything you'd need, and pet friendly. Owner is very accessible, and easy to speak to, and makes you feel at home. We loved our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Good Stay

Good location, walking distance to stores in town. Short drive to the main lodge for ski people and good parks nearby for dogs. House is clean and has lots of rooms. The host is friendly, I always got message responses immediately.

Perfect getaway

This condo was the perfect! Centrally located and plenty of bonuses. Everyone had a great time playing shuffleboard and foosball. Fully stocked kitchen. Layout was perfect with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a loft with 3 beds. Kids stayed in the loft and adults downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, clean, dog-friendly condo!

The condo was lovely, well-equipped and lots of space. My son and girlfriend stayed with us and had to work Tuesday through Thursday. Condo was large enough for them to spread out and have privacy for their teleconferences. It was also very windy for a couple of days, which limited time on the slopes so being “stuck” inside wasn’t an issue. Very convenient to Von’s, the slopes and to the walking trails. Best part of all Rusty our 4-legged boy was able to see and play in the snow. He also enjoyed lazing by the warm fire. Kathi was incredibly responsive. Check in and check out was easy! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
