The condo is designed for comfort and style, featuring a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Stay connected with high-speed WIFI and unwind with cable TV in the expansive open-concept living area. A dining table for 8 provides the perfect setting for shared meals, and a sofa bed adds flexibility for additional guests.

In the master bedroom, indulge in the king-size bed, accompanied by a TV and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, a TV, and another walk-in closet. The den is a versatile space with a trundle bed boasting two twin-size beds and a TV.

Great place and location

The condo had everything you could want and it was steps away from the beach. The place is secure and has quite a few amenities. The family enjoyed the stay.

The condo was spacious and just a block or two from the beach. The 14th floor balcony had a nice view, especially at sunset. Nice beach chairs were provided, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable.There were some drawbacks: construction was ongoing, with blue plastic film over the windows and a lot of noise all day, every day, making it hard to enjoy being in the condo or at the pool. It was a lot of high-pitched drilling noise and not much privacy because workmen were often being raised and lowered on platforms on the side of the building, up and down past the condo.The layout of the condo is odd, with the master bedroom opening into a smaller room with a bed connected to one of the bathrooms. So people staying in the master bedroom have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the bathroom or to the rest of the condo.And finally, the elevators are really slow, with building policy stating that one service elevator at the end of the building next to the garage must be used when coming from/going to the beach with beach stuff (can't come in through the lobby, where there are additional, also very slow, elevators). Lots of people are there for the beach, and one elevator to serve 16 floors meant A LOT of time standing around waiting for the elevator.

Great place!

This was a great unit at a great location amd a great price for our family vacation. The beach is just across the street. Plenty of places to eat and get necessities within walking distance and lots available on the property. We did have an issue with a TV and I emailed through the hospitality app and no one ever responded. It wasn't a big deal and I think if it had been something urgent we would have gotten assistance. Really it was great and hipe this unit is avaialable again when we return.

The only things that I might add to make it a better stay would be to have some basic spices and items available for guest use, such as salt, pepper, garlic, coffee filters, etc. All of the other VRBO’s that we have stayed in provided some basic necessities that prior guest have likely left behind. Also, I might change the description that it is steps away from the beach. Although technically true, it is more like a 5 min walk to the beach.

Non touristy location- sub par furniture, mattresses, appliances and cooking utinsels

Great area that isn’t very touristy. Park directly across property great for young kids with splash pad. Cleaning company responded promptly to dirty room notification but when properties charge cleaning fees and I arrive to the condo with obviously dirty furniture, cupboards, dishes and ripped bedding I not impressed. I had a family of six and it took three days to get four additional beach towels and only two were provided. I had asked about TV being repaired prior to booking and was assured it was fixed. Prior to our arrival. The television in the den and bedrooms did not connect to cable and I did notify the cleaning staff the same day. The leather furniture in the condo was falling apart leaving flakes on your clothes where ever you sat, literally. I wish these issues would have been addressed prior to our arrival, I was disappointed in the quality of bedding, furniture and supplies

Great View

Andrea was very helpful and friendly host. She made sure my family and I were comfortable with our stay in every way. The condo was very nice and clean in a great location by the beach. The view off the balcony was also breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this location and would stay here again in the future.
