Much better than the pictures

We were 4 adults and two infants. Amazing view and property. Beach a bit crowded but still great. Sunny isles is beautiful. The apt has 2 rooms and one sofa bed. Ideal for families.

Better than the pictures

the outdoor patio is facing ocean and wraps around with another patio for the second bdrm. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The property is very nice although expensive however you are in Miami at a high end resort so it’s to be expected. Very very nice condo and perfect layout for two couples

A-mazing

We have stayed the second year in a row in this beautiful apartment and loved it. The apartment has the most amazing views and is perfectly equipment. Rita is the best host and always happy to assist you. We will definetely come back next year

Great view

We loved the view. The property was close to the grocery store and some restaurants that were pretty good. I wish the condo was more updated and the furniture more comfortable. We were missing a few items in the kitchen that would have been helpful. Again, the best part was having a deck that faced the ocean

The view was stunning!!

It happened to be a full moon during our stay, so that added to the stunning view from the balcony! The sunrise was gorgeous and getting down to the beach and pool are super easy. Even though there is a building to the right, the balcony still felt private, and we enjoyed it throughout the day. It’s on an upper floor of the building, but we could still hear the sound of the surf. The pictures of the unit are accurate. All the employees of the resort were professional and kind. The black out curtains in the primary bedroom got stuck, and were difficult to open and close, but I told Ritta about the problem, and I would imagine that will be addressed. We felt like it was a convenient location for shopping, restaurants, other beaches, etc and was easy to get to from the Fort Lauderdale airport.

Beautiful stay

Views from the room just breathtaking. Comfortable condo. Loved being so close to everything. Sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun rise was amazing. Ritta was very timely in answering all our questions.

Good property for vacation

We stayed at this location for 1 week. Good apartment, the view is amaizing. Location is perfect:on the beach, next to grocery stores, restaurants and aventura mall. The only thing is would be nice to be better stocked with essential in the kitchen. Other than that is a very good apartment. We surely will be back there.

Fantastic Property! Great manager, excellent location and super clean!

Fantastic property, very clean and organized. Photos were exact to unit. Property manager was lovely and the building staff were super friendly! Location to the beach was excellent for kids and the pool was clean and always had chairs available. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Amazing oceanfront views with the perfect beach!!!

Sunny Isles Beach did not disappoint!! Ritta was wonderful from beginning to the end. Check in was super easy and valet service impeccable. The views and beach were to die for. Absolutely amazing and can’t wait to comeback! Spring Break 2022 in the books and always one to remember! The apartment is spectacular!
