When the cover is open or the privacy nets are drawn, it indicates that the spa is currently in use by a group, either from your party or from the neighboring house. The shared areas include kayaks, canoes, rowboats, a swim beach, three docks, volleyball and basketball courts, trash disposal, and a free wood pile located by the dumpster. Please ensure that outdoor umbrellas are closed when not in use; a $50 fine will be imposed for any damage incurred. Fireworks are strictly prohibited without exception. Non-compliance will result in neighbors contacting law enforcement, and you will be required to vacate without a refund. Propane tanks cost \$30.00 each, plus a \$40.00 deposit..
